My dryer wasn't getting hot. The Technician, Mohamed was professional. He repaired my dryer. Now, my dryer works! The Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and provided recommendations on the up keep of maintaining my dryer. It's good to know that this company, GLS Pro LLC repair appliances and Hvac issues. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you, Mohamed. You have been added to my contracts.

My pro privided great customer service. He texted me to let me know when he was on the way. He let me know what steps he was taking to assess the condition of my washer. He told me at each step what was checking out ok and then when he hit the decision point. I thanked him for his thorough approach and decided repair was not the prudent choice. Process was reasonable. I would hire him the next appliance issue comes up.

Mohamed was great! I hired him to fix a 5 yrs old Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer that was no longer cooling/freezing. He arrived on time and promptly went to work. Within 30 minutes, he had a diagnosis for me - the appliance had a leak and no longer contained any refrigerant. Mohamed laid out my repair options, but told me that the repairs might be short-lived and I might still have to buy a new unit. I really appreciated his kind responses to my questions and concerns. He didn't mansplain everything as most repair technicians do when speaking with women. For a small fee, Mohamed also did a maintenance check on my Kitchenaid dishwasher that had leaked a few times recently. Since the repair fee was 1/4 the cost of a new refrigerator, I had Mohamed replace the refrigerant. This will give me some time to find a new unit should I need to purchase one in the near future. For any future appliance repairs, I'll call Mohamed.
