The light in one bedroom goes out (burns out) every 4-5 months. I've lost track of the number of light bulbs I've gone through and my spouse promised to "take another look at it". Since the room doubles as my office, it was time to call a professional.  <br /> I called on Thursday afternoon, and Dave arrived Friday morning right on time. He checked the wiring behind the fixture, pulled the light switch out and even went up into the crawl space to ensure the that wiring connections were correctly done. <br /> He discovered extra wiring that was wired to something else and not directly to the light fixture as well as loose wire that needed to be tightened.  <br /> Total time required: less than an hour. GM Electric is now my go-to team. <br />

We hired Gary in January to upgrade the writing in our garage, which he did successfully. The second half of the writing project between the house and the garage remains unfinished. Overhead lights in the kitchen were replaced, but didn't finish replacing the lights in the hall. One light in the kitchen has been blinking and we haven't been able to show him to find out why. His work is good, he is a nice guy, it's just we are 't has been difficult to get back. We call, three times we have waited for his arrival and then he didn't arrive. Now it's mid-March and we are still mid project. Going out today to find someone to finish the job.  <br />

2 companies had come out prior to Gary and had left us confused about what we should do. Gary was informative and helpful and didn't try to upsell, but helped us select the unit that would work the best for our house and needs. The fan didn't arrive on the expected date (lots of orders in the summer) so Gary and Dave came out and got as much ready in the attic as possible on one day. When the fan was available, about a week later, they installed it in less that 3 hours. They were punctual, professional and reliable and Gary was really fun to talk to. <br /> <br />

Gary arrived to both appointment times promptly and called beforehand to confirm. He and his helper worked quietly and professionally to complete all of the prescribed work in one day. Gary and his helper were respectful with myself and family members. They worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves as they finished. I appreciate Gary's good job, his professionalism, and the good value as well. <br />

Gary was prompt with coming to provide estimate on the work on a Wed. I was hoping to get the work done over the weekend before painters came but Gary and his team were going to be busy. However, Gary shuffled his schedule around to come the next day on Thursday to do the work faster than expected. He is very personable and likes working with home owners. <br />

They were phenomenal. They could pinpoint what my problem was and they came out the next day to fix it. They had a medium price; they weren't cheap but they weren't expensive either. They were professional and they showed up on time. I have plans for them to do some other things later.

We have had many jobs done at our house in various areas.....electrical, plumbing, landscaping. GM Electric (Gary) was the most efficient and pleasant experience we've ever had. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. You tell Gary what you want to do, he tells you how he'll do it, and then does just that. We will definitely use GM Electric again.

Gary fixed a couple of smaller electrical issues in our old house. He listened carefully to us, the problems we described and how we wanted them fixed. Then went on to look at the situations, identify the issues and made recommendations how to fix them. He addressed all issues w/o major obstacles, did clean work and was quick and efficient.
