Go-Green Duct & Insulation

The work went great. Aside from arriving a little after we were told the work went smoothly. Darnell was very informative in everything that was needed. They even went as far as adding refrigerant at no extra cost. I have a hard time communicating sometimes and the communication breakdown caused me some issue in properly communicating some of the items that needed clarification. This was my fault. In any case I would hire them again. They did a great job.

Go Green insulated the attic of a small home that I own and did a very nice job. <br />

Everything was fine. The provider showed up on time and accepted my energy rebate from FPL so my out of pocket expense was much lower.  I don't know much about the product that was installed or the quality of installation but it seems fine. <br />

Everything went well. Except that the workers came 2 hours and a half later than the appointed time.  <br /> At the agreed time (7:45 am) I received a call from the office letting me know that the workers were on their way. They showed up 2 hours and a half later. It wasn't any problem for me that day. I was able to be home and stay as long as it was needed, so the job was done anyway. Everything else went well. <br /> Nevertheless, I don't think I will use this company in the future. My schedule is super tight and I usually can not handle unexpected changes on it. <br />

Darnell and his team were fantastic. They were all very courteous and professional. I am more than satisfied with the work they completed. I honestly have nothing to complain about and I am a very demanding customer. This is a fantastic company and they will treat your home like it was their own. Do not think twice to hire these guys.

Well I want him to get the credit to repair problem rooms so if anyone else has a problem like mine he will be the one with the solution. <br />

They had promised it would be done in two days and it was. They are very courteous, attentive to detail. They tried to minimize any inconvenience and cleaned after themselves. I am very pleased with their work.

Go-Green was amazing from start to finish. First of all they were on time (they said between 830 and 930, they got there at 9AM). Their entire team was professional, pleasant, and well mannered. As promised they put plastic everywhere. We did a quick walk through to make sure we were all on the same page.  This was a two day job. They work the entire first day through lunch. <br /> <br /> When I got home, the house did not look like it was even worked on. The floor was clean and the dust was minimal. The left with function air conditioning in the bedrooms as promised. <br /> <br /> They came back the second and finished the job. Their carpenter was amazing. I know Go Green promised to fix every hole they needed to make but I still thought I was going to have to do some work. All I need to do was slap some paint. <br /> <br /> Go Green really understands old fashion values. Tell the customer what you are going to do and then do what you said you were going to do. <br /> <br /> I recommend them without hesitation. These guys are great.

Attic insulation with FPL rebate. The workers arrived on time and were efficient and courteous. The work was done well. I was pleased with their service.

They two workmen arrived within the time window that was promised.  They explained everything they were going to do, then went to work adding additional insulation into my attic. They were knowledgeable and appeared to take great pride in their work.  I asked them to look in the attic for any wood that may have been damaged from a previous problem with carpenter ants and they were happy to it,  They did a good job cleaning up when they were finished. I was very happy with their work and would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends. <br />

They did a great job. They were punctual and very professional. This is the second time that I have used them and I plan to use them again. <br />

As for details......before I called this company, I read previous reviews, as well as the wonderful service others were given by Darnell, who is a major factor in this company as well as who preforms the work. When he came by, I told him that he must "walk on water" due to the rave reviews. I was also very impressed by Stacy, who is the person answering the company calls. Previous calls to other companies, I was met with a "hello," rather than a name of a company which made me continue to search for a provider. Stacy was delightful, efficient and advised Darnell to call. Darnell came out, got into the attic and told me what needed to be done regarding removal and replacing the ductwork. I've been having sinus issues and knew it had to be due to all the attic air escaping into the home. Darnell also made sure to include the "Angie's List" discount. The man DOES walk on water with his professionalism, kindness and making sure the job gets done and done right. I can only remember the name of his newest employee, Donovan and apologize to the other two who were on the job. Each tech was wonderful, efficient and made sure they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Now that the ducts have been replaced and the insulation has been added, our home is much colder and dryer. I am sure the FPL bill will drop next month. <br /> I could go on raving about Stacy, Darnell, et al but it would look as if I was a paid spokesperson for this company....LOL and I am not---just a very happy customer. If anyone needs to have ductwork or insulation, please make sure Go-Green is on your must call list.

I was actually referred to Go-Green Duct and Insulation from a neighbor.  Darnell (owner) came out to my home the day after I called him and proposed on the job on tuesday 1/22/13.  Darnell was very knowledgeable and educated me on the insulation process and he also presented me with a very fair quote.  An installation was scheduled for thursday 1/24/13.  On installation day, the crew arrived on time and Darnell himself came to the site to be sure everything was ok.  The crew was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and were very knowledgeable about what their duties were. I would highly recommend this company. <br /> <br />

Darnell came to my house to my house to give me an estimate to replace my 20 year old unit. He was not the lowest, but he was very detail with everything that needs to get done. I like his professionalism and did feel forced into signing the deal with him. His guys was able to come to my house the next day to install my unit, they were in and out in a flash with no mess. Thanks Darnell and the crew you guys did a excellent job and my unit is blowing like crazy, i cant wait to get my ligh bill to see the difference! <br />

Overall was great! They came to my house on time start removing my ducts, then they installed new one, then they blew insulation clean up after themselves. I was completely satisfied!
