Allow me to start this review by, again, thanking the God Sed It & I Believe It cleaning staff for a job well done!! I'm a remote real estate investor in IL, and a family member referred their services in the Homestead area. I was initially skeptical about them completing the deep cleaning necessary given the tight deadline, but they truly exceeded all of my staff's and I expectations. They even thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned the entire garage leaving a faint smell of bleach (wasn't expected). The finished product was so impressive that my new tenants asked for their contact information for future services during the move-in process (a first based on first impression alone). Did I mention, they also saved me approximately $200 in tub resurfacing costs for both bathrooms? As such, I felt obliged to tip them $100 in appreciation. Well worth it!! I highly recommend God Sed it & I Believe It for all cleaning services. Thank you, Ms. Warner, Garnar and Lorraine!! Looking forward to our next project.
