They did a great job.  We were very pleased with their service. We asked them if they would come back out and treat our yard and they did that also.  Very nice people.

I contracted them for the entire summer for lawn services.  They've done several when they've got here several weeks ago.  So far, they seemed to be coming and doing the job they were contracted to do.  I think, It's a little early to say what the result is going to be, because I have to go through a whole season.

Good gardeners, but completely unreliable people. They did our gardening for us the past two summers. Last summer I could never reach them, but at least they did come. This summer I was going to use them again but could not reach them, they never returned the two messages I left weeks ago, and today when I called again, they apologetically told me they had decided not to do jobs as far away as mine anymore. Without the courtesy of informing me in advance, or even returning my phone calls. Unless you like spending hours trying to get in touch with contractors, hire someone else. The gardener today said they have too many customers now anyway (which was why they were throwing out old ones), so I doubt your call will ever be returned anyway. <br />

They do a really, really good job. They are very conscious. I was very pleased.

They are fantastic and do a great job. They are great in terms of scheduling and coming out to do the work. I would use them again in the future.

All of my Communications with Alan Strohbehn (One of Goetz's lanscape designers) via phone and email were professional and to the point. He is very knowledgeable of his industry and also very conscientious of his clients concerns. <br /> <br /> There was one little hiccup in the project and Goetz's quick remedy to the issue showed me that they are a company that values their customers and therefore worthy of recommendations. <br /> <br /> The problem was that a plastic underground sprinkler line got nicked (this is real common as Gopher One crews cannot mark these, being plastic)  <br /> <br /> The leak was not real noticible but a small 6 inch by 6 inch area started to show erosion several days after the project was completed. Once I noticed it and call Goetz, Alan was out the next AM and fixed it.  It is nice when companies do the right thing without delay, etc. Kudos to Alan and the whole Goetz company.

I would've given them an "A-" on price only because the quote came in a little higher than we'd expected. However, we also chose not to compromise the materials we chose in order to get the price down. We are thoroughly impressed with our entire experience with Goetz Landscaping. Al was our designer. We wanted a contemporary and modern design and he nailed it right away. Al was completely thorough not only with the work but also in dealing with our association. Our association required tohave a certain percentage of "buffer zone" in our back yard and they are very strict about maintaining. Al coordinated everything including the 3 inspections by the association that needed to take place. The crew that showed up was terrific. They were on-time, friendly, and very professional. They explained what they were doing and were meticulous with their steps to ensure quality work. They started on a Tuesday where they'd cleared away the area and put in the "layers" of the foundation. That night, we had *torrential* rain and turned the dirt into mud. On Wed., they worked half a day (where it rained the whole time), but were concerned that it was still so wet. On Thurs., they were still concerned about the stability of the foundation. They wanted to give it the weekend to dry out. On Monday, they'd work the entire day and, when we came home, explained they wanted to ensure a solid foundation, which required more layers - so they basically started from scratch. We were so impressed with the fact that they did not stop until they were sure the work was high quality. Again, the experience was fantastic and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

<p>I didn't personally spend for it; the association did.  They do good work.  As a community we have high regard for them, and that's why we went with them.</p>

It turned out phenomenal.  I was very pleased with the out come.  I would use them again in the future.

They showed up on time, and had done exactly what I had wanted. I would hire them again in the future.

Everything went great. I was referred to Goetz by my parents who had an equally good experience. Their prompt response and great work would definitely make me choose them again for future work.

They are doing an excellent job. They are immediately responsive to our needs. Lines of communication are kept open. They are always looking for ways to improve their services. All homeowners have been very positive in their remarks concerning them. I would recommend them for any HOA.

Goetz did a great job! The workers were very thorough. Goetz called to keep up informed of when the work would be done and after the work was done called to make sure we were happy. We would use them again.

They responded quickly to my phone calls. They came out in a relatively short amount of time. We worked with a designer who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall they did a great job. Their crew was hard working and stayed until the job was done.
