.Initially things went pretty well. They were one of the more reasonable quotes we received so, we decided to give them a shot. We asked them to come out as soon as possible since we just purchased the house. The previous homeowners stopped maintaining the yard once we were under contract and the leaves were piling up pretty badly <br /> They blew leaves and mowed the front but, unfortunately that killed all the batteries for their equipment ( I guess that's part of the "green" thing) blowing the leaves, we do have A LOT of trees, so they could not do the back. That said the front looked really good and we were happy. <br /> After that we couldn't get any communication out of them, I called and emailed several times to see when they were coming back, how to get them paid, etc... nothing. After finally getting a hold of them about a month or so later I was informed there had been a medical emergency which is why they were incommunicado and that they weren't going to bill us until they were able to at least do the entire yard. Seemed reasonable, annoying that no one could even email saying that there was an emergency and they would be in touch shortly but, at least they weren't billing us. <br /> We had them come back one more time and they did the entire yard. We were not as happy this time. They didn't blow off the back patio, they didn't even try to blow the leaves out the beds, it just looked sloppy. So I sent an email asking them to address the issues which they said they would. In trying to set up a date we had more communication issues so we decided to go another route. <br />

The company they ordered our sod from wasn't able to deliver it so they rented a truck and picked it up and unloaded it themselves. They were dedicated to making us happy! We love their commitment to providing environmentally friendly lawn care. They have even come by to check on the yard on non service days but they were in the area. The last time I saw them, Nathan showed off his new sun glasses to help him see brown spots in the grass better. These guys are A+++. <br />

They were at my home when scheduled and did a great job on my lawn.   I will continue with their lawn services...very good quality work and personable team to work with! <br />

We?ve been GoGreen clients for approimately 6 months and are extremely pleased with their services. They keep our yard looking great and their monthly fees are less than our previous landscapers. GoGreen pays attention to the little things, even taking time to move numerous doggie toys (I always forgot to pick-up), instead of mowing over them. If they have a concern about our yard, they notify us, discuss the concern, and suggest potential solutions, including DIY options - they don't constantly try to upsell or use high pressure tactics. GoGreen definitely takes pride in their work, are genuinely concerned with the appearance of our yard, and, unlike so many service providers, they regularly follow-up to ensure they are meeting our expectations. <br />

Adam and Nathan are very responsive to a customer's needs. We chose GoGreen because we are concerned about all the chemicals that traditional lawn service companies use and are happy that our lawn, our pets and other visiting animals are not subjected to these harsh chemicals anymore. They offer three tiers of service to fit most budgets and also do pressure cleaning, which we will probably have done in a few weeks. <br />

I found their prices and their commitment to minimizing impacts on the environment among the best around.  The team is very professional and always has a solution to problems and offers sound, affordable recommendations for improving landscaping around the house. <br /> We've been with Go-Green for going on two years, our yard has never looked better. This includes minimal use of irrigation. I've been impressed with the quality of weekly upkeep visits during heavy growing seasons and the continued attention they provide during slow growth times. Their follow-up to ensure their services (aeration, seeding, etc) is beyond comparison. It isn't always that you have a service provider conduct this level of follow-up! They clearly want the job to be done right and will stop at nothing to ensure it is! <br /> A great service, great price, and great folks. <br />

We shopped around and found their prices were very reasonable. What we really liked is their commitment to the environment. All of their equipment is electric, which means no emissions. That really makes us feel good. And they provide their own power source, which is good because we live in an older home and don't have any external outlets. Plus, it means they are super quiet. My husband works the night shift and they don't even wake him up! What a refreshing change from most lawn services! They are efficient and reliable and the lawn looks great. It was in rough shape when we moved in but after one season of using GoGreen it is looking very nice. And in the fall they pick up, bag, and set the leaves on the curb. What a relief it is not to have to deal with all the leaves! They are professional and a good value.
