Fast and efficient (2 hours for 5 rooms and a hallway) from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done. Drying time is supposed to be just 2 hours, more for heavily soiled areas. The stains seem to be all gone.

I don't usually write reviews but they deserve a really good rating. Their technicians really know what they were doing. They will explain to you what needs to be done. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely call them again for my next cleaning.
