I had a lot of trouble scheduling the service. There were some family issues involved on their end, which is totally understandable, however communication was slow and incomplete, which was frustrating. However, when the service was finally performed, they were very polite and professional. I would use them again, and just be aware of the potential scheduling issues. <br />

I finished cleaning the returns and replaced the dryer vent with a new one. Overall job was fair considering how dirty the existing 46 year old metal ducts were. The 1.5 story home has 4 returns that twist and turn making them difficult to clean. The supply lines were more direct and easier to clean. <br />

It was great. They were very fast, in and out, getting it done. They seem thorough. They definitely cleaned up the floor, they just vacuumed it up. They are fairly priced. They were very professional.

<p>This was the second time we needed work done. The first time they cleaned out our dryer vent which was totally backed up. No hot air was getting to the clothes. They fixed this in record time and the cost was very reasonable.</p> <p>This time the duct work in the front bedroom has been damaged (someone had to have stepped or knelt down on it with enough force to totally close off the heat/air going into the room. Again they worked in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable.</p> <br />

Kevin and Manny did a tremendous job and were very professional. My wife and I had just put new carpet throughout the house and we could not find any dirt/debris anywhere when they were done. This was a bit of a rush job because we were planning to move in the next week so they worked with us to do the job on the weekend so I wouldn't have to take a day off work. These guys did a great job and were very pleasant throughout the process.
