Great team player s who get the job done , satisfied customer

I came to this project knowing solar is a commitment. I knew I will be stuck with whoever I pick for a long time and that I will have to hope they are easy to work in the long run. Oliver and the team at Helios Solar proved to be just that and I want to take the time and illustrate what you can expect when you call them over for an inspection: Firstly, it is important to note they were not my first bid. I came to their inspection with prior knowledge (talking to others + personal research) which was helpful in guiding the conversation in the right direction. When Oliver came over, he took the time to explain how solar works and how it will save me tens of thousands in the future, and, with their great reputation factored in we set up an appointment for installation. Permits and onsite inspection were next, and they were handled directly through their office. I was told I did not need to be there for the inspection process and that they will take care of everything, which turned out to almost be the case (they had a question about the main meter which required some input but otherwise nothing major). Install day was next and began right at 8 AM with Jose and Luis coming to set up camp outside my house and got to work almost immediately. The whole installation took 1 day and was completely hiccup-free. They were extremely nice and were able to answer some of the questions I had for them. After it was all done, we just had to wait for the final inspection and connection by LADWP and we started enjoying free electricity. All in all the project was hassle-free with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Helios even installed new insulation at the house after they finished to squeeze as much efficiency out of the panels as possible - and best of all There is a rebate for insulation in la county. So we basically ended up paying nothing out of pocket for the upgrade and have a more efficient solar system. Great advice, great service, and a great experience. Very happy I went with Helios.

I had my new solar system installed by Helios Solar about two months ago and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. Oliver was personable and low to no pressure salesperson, which is a VERY big plus for me as I do not make hasty decisions, especially when they involve tens of thousands of dollars. Their office has been extremely good at scheduling and delivering timely updates accurately, which had made the whole experience hassle-free. Thanks, Oliver and the rest of the team at Helios!

We did a lot of research before deciding to proceed with our solar installation. After our meeting with Oliver from Helios Solar, we decided to hire his company for the project. The installation was professional and fast, taking a total of one day. Their office is very responsive in scheduling the work and building department inspections, which made the process smooth and easy. Both my wife and I highly recommend Helios Solar and Oliver in specific.

Eran and his crew at Helios Solar are honest, skilled and very nice people to deal with. I met with Eran at my home several months ago to discuss about a potential solar system for my house. As part of our meetings, he checked and inspected the roof, electric panel in order to see what will be the best options for me. More than that, he explained to me in details what will be the process of selecting and installing any system of solar that will work best for my needs. In less than 2 weeks after the meeting, he came back once again to my house and presented to me his detailed written estimate which I compared with few other companies and his estimate was very close to the other ones. He made sure to outlined what to expect from my current electricity to a solar system, how my electric monthly bills will be impacted and how will I get any difference of watts that my system will be producing in money and what will be the effect on the environment in general. The installation was quick (less than 2 days) and that included some stucco repairs and paint. The only thing that took time was all the inspections and the paper work which was taken care by the office. I would highly recommend Helios Solar if you are considering solar for your home or business.

The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Dor the owner, explained everything thoroughly, the team who installed the insulation were very professional and clean, even though it s a dirty job. Very happy with everything!!

On one of the hottest days of the year, they showed up and went to work. They were very nice, respectful of my house the way they protected surfaces around the entry to the attic.
