Keegan worked three 8-10 hour days, Christian worked two 8-10 days, and Kevin worked one 8 hour day to replace/upgrade two panel boxes, light switches, and outlets in a fifty year old house that has experienced a number of electricians and diy residents over the yearscreating a maze of wires. The job was scheduled for one day but turned into three; Keegan, Christian, and Kevin refused to give up on my house, working through the days with minimal breaks for lunch. I appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and courtesy. I will continue to call GoHero for any work needed.

Keegan and Christian were a great team. They were able to come early. They were very responsive. Keegan was here a couple days ago. He did such a great job finding a dead GFSI outlet. Fixed that so quickly. I have not been This impressed with a service company - Go Hero - in a very long time. I’ve already told a couple friends about this outstanding experience I have had. Excellent job, I posted on the weekend and they had someone there Monday morning at 9 AM. It was professional and quick.

The guys that came to do the work were great. The company is a bit off. They didn?t order the parts, which granted were hard to come by, but if they would have ordered when I scheduled the job instead of waiting until day of then there wouldn?t have been a problem getting them. They then billed me for parts that I had to procure myself and only refunded me about 1/3 of what they billed me for. Again, the employees were great 5 stars. The company- 1 star. That?s why I gave 3 stars.

The project was done in a short time frame

Beware! I hired them to install a 30amp outlet for a camper, upon inspection it did not pass and WAS NOT SAFE. The wrong amp size wires were used and the wires under the plastic was exposed and almost touching which could have been potentially very dangerous. The company admitted fault upon contact that the technician needed and would get additional training. They would not partially refund at all for their improper work, even though they have a warranty they boast about and a slogan that says if your not thrilled you’re not billed and sundays are for God. Very disappointed, if I had to do over again I would have chosen Atomic Electrical who fixed their faulty and dangerous work.

Excellent service, on time arrival, great communication, reasonable cost.

We had our annual electrical inspection this morning. Keegan arrived on time and was very personable, professional, and efficient. As he conducted his inspection he explained what he was seeing and provided recommendations for things that we should address now and things that we need to watch to be addressed in the future. He provided reasonable quotes for the work he recommended. We're very happy with GoHero Home Services.

an appt was made for 5/14 from 9-1, go hero texted me and said, we will send keegan and kevin 12-4. i called them and told them, that wouldn't do because, i have to pick up my daughter about 330. i got a call today around 333 saying they would be about 30 minutes or less. i told her that won't help,. so she asked me can we make another appt? i told her no.

Great communication. Completed the job as expected, very receptive of feedback to meet our exact needs. Will hire GoHero again.

Wonderful job

Had GoHero crew out today for an HVAC check. Heath and his co-tech were a pleasure to work with. Very polite & articulate when reviewing their findings. They even swapped out my dual system filters which was a bonus for me. This company has been a saving grace for me over the years we’ve been a “VIP” customer. Highly recommend!

From the beginning to the end, they were fantastic. They gave us several options for how things could be done and didn't try to upsell. The employees were professional, friendly, and worked hard to help us achieve our home improvement goal. We'd highly recommend them!

Aaron done an excellent job

We are very satisfied with the service. Our technician, Richie Ofenlock, is very thorough and did a great job! He came out to look at what we needed done and got the job done that day. That amazed us, because other home service places you usually have to wait days for someone to come back out to do the work.I would highly recommend GoHero home service.

I've called on GoHero Plumbing four times now, and they'll always be my first call when I need help! Every plumber that has come out to our house has done not only a phenomenal job, but we're easy to talk to, and treated our home with respect. Ben, Riley, and Lucas have all been out for various needs and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to have any of them back. The office staff I've spoken to for appointment setting are always friendly, and greet you with "How can we make you smile today?" which is a very nice touch, don't think it goes unnoticed! Thank you to everyone at GoHero for being professional and personable.

Our water heater went out in the crazy cold weather. GoHero call service answered promptly on a Saturday morning and had Aaron T, technician come out within 2 hours. Aaron was super nice and knowledgeable. He was professional, explaining everything and giving us options. We will definitely use GoHero again! Super service!
