Owner Evan explained his company's rate schedule and pointed out that his company is one of the small number that covers its employees with workers' compensation insurance......office manager Monty scheduled my appointment and kept me posted regarding the status of the crew......and crew members Antonio and Andrew efficiently removed the old refrigerator and stove from the premises. It was a very stressful experience based on their payment terms, which are 30 minutes. I spoke with the owner, got a quote and gave the green light for the work. I was not on-site when the crew was there. It took them a couple of hours to get the dirt in their truck and then they were to dump it. I received a call a couple hours later to let me know the work was completed and they were to send me an invoice via email. I turned my phone off for a meeting and while my phone was turned off I received texts saying that if I didn't make payment immediately they would be undoing the the work, which is what happened. I would never use this company again.

"Once every few years we get someone who thinks they will circumvent 10 years of checks and balances and get us to remove their trash and skip out on the bill. This young lady had not removed dirt she dumped at a public park so we kindly agreed to remove it and let her know we required payment on completion. We agreed to do the job at a heavily discounted rate initially, and without her being inconvenienced by being onsite. After we began work she asked for an additional discount to dump the dirt at her friends(extremely odd). She also let us know we would be splitting the bill with someone else. We said no problem to all her odd requests and discounts. We completed the job at 1:38pm and previous to this we let her know we were almost complete. At this point she told us not to dump the dirt at her friends. (So she knew we were done) We called, emailed, texted, did everything but send up smoke signals, and no response got 43 minutes. I texted letting her know we were returning the material right back where we got it. No response. 43 minutes of our crew getting paid to do nothing and we had no choice but to dump the load and go. Company policy is we do not leave a jobsite without payment or prior payment arrangements. The second I sent a picture of the pile of dirt right back where it came from the phone starts blowing up. Cursing myself a d my staff and making threats. So odd it wasn't until she saw the dirt back on the ground she called. Guess she didn't think we would do it? So yep, we blocked her calls and moved on. Hopefully next time she will conclude the world doesn't revolve around her and pay her bills in a timely fashion. Please ignore this entitled person and refer to our HUNDREDS of 5 star and A rating reviews. Thank you!"

We called them to remove a very old Hot Tub, as they advertise this as their specialty. They showed up on time and did a great job of not only removing the Hot Tub, but the redwood gazebo around it and at a fair price. Also, they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward.

On-time, very professional work from a team of two. Removed everything we wanted with minimal guidance needed. The TV was in the family and was VERY heavy, requiring 3 people to install. The crew from Go Junk Free did the work carefully and cleanly. We needed the work done same day, so very much appreciated both the quality of the work, punctuality, and general professionalism. Chris and Robert responded earlier than scheduled which worked out great for me. They quickly assessed and began removing the abandoned property. They were done quickly and efficiently and even picked up small pieces of trash that were scattered on the floor throughout the unit. They were polite and professional and I will certainly request them next time I call this company for service.

It went extremely well. Dywayne and Anthony were very organized. They worked well together. Cleaned up all the stuff. It was scattered in several places in my yard. No problem, they just picked it all up and were in a great mood. It was very hot, they worked very quickly. Very friendly toward dogs.
