We are a well established Jacksonville's residential remodeling company that specialize in siding and window installations. Most of the work is done by us directly and some aspects are subcontracted out. I personally coordinate and monitor the progress of each project. In most cases, payments are due upon completion of the project. We accept check and cash payments.

I had an outstanding experience with Lucas, of Golas Construction, who excelled in every aspect of our home renovation. His punctuality and reliability were commendable, ensuring that all projects were completed on time. Communication was top-tier, with clear, regular updates. He returns calls and emails quickly. His pricing was fair and transparent, which offered great value for exceptional quality work. I am a value buyer, so this is really important to me. The projects included installing French doors, replacing a door with a high-quality fiberglass one, repairing rotten wood, and meticulous painting of soffits, fascias, and window frames. The installation of board and batten siding enhanced our home's entryway. I highly recommend Lucas for his professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality. I called several other contractors and didn’t even get a call back. I really appreciate the enhancements he brought to our home, making him an excellent choice for any home renovation needs.

If I wrote what I *want* to write, you'd just assume I'm family trying to boost their business, so I'll tone it down a bit - Golas Construction is absolutely awesome! Professional and knowledgeable, sure, but these guys excel at courtesy, positive attitude, and just being great people. By the time they were finished, they felt like our extended family. Top-notch in every way. Honest, hard-working, no surprises - and our house looks unbelievable now! We're so glad we chose them for our project!

Repairs were completed within a day. Workers were courteous and professional. Some minor caulking needed touchup after completion, but this was fixed immediately. Very satisfied with the quality of work, attentiveness and care that the workers took towards the job.

I could not ask for a better experience. Without Lucas' advice I would have ended up with something entirely different on my home and not been at all happy. He suggested HardiBoard over Vinyl and it was the perfect choice for my house. The team not only showed up when they said they would, but the team worked hard from the time they arrived until the end of the day. They finished within the schedule they advised me. They left nothing undone and went above and beyond taking care of a few things that popped up during construction. They worked well with the roofing company I hired prior to hiring Golas. It has been 6 months since they have finished and again... I couldn't be happier. My house looks like a new house. The siding and paint have held up well. They cleaned the yard afterwards and I have yet to find a nail or a piece of scrap left behind. During the process Lucas discussed any changes and always had excellent solutions to any difficulties. I have to say this was the easiest process. Lucas' expertise is amazing. His team is delightful and ever the gentlemen. Not one problem with neighbors during the 6 week process. The Golas team was mindful of parking cars and traffic. I really wish I could post pictures because you would not believe the difference. Finally I have to say when codes came by to inspect the inspector told me they did an excellent job, walked me around the house showing me the above and beyond things they did to insure a good fit.

There are not enough words to express how impressed we are with Lucas and his employees. They are extremely pleasant and cooperative and go out of their way to answer any questions one may have concerning the work. Their work is excellent. They arrive early each morning and work steadily until time to leave for the day. We have received numerous compliments on the work Lucas and his crew have done on our home. If you want excellent service done by highly competent individuals who actually care about pleasing the customer, then hire Golas Construction. You will not be disappointed. Lucas went out his way to assist us in areas outside of his contracted work. It is rare to find someone so honest and attentive to detail. I highly recommend this company. The crews arrived on time, did everything that was contracted and they completed the job on schedule. There was a misunderstanding on replacing the gutters and Lucas worked with me to resolve the over site fairly for both sides. Over all, they did a great job and they also warranty their work. There were some minor mistakes made along the way and they responded promptly and professionally to all of them providing a solution that left everyone happy. <br /> If you are looking for a crew that takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile for their customer, Golas Construction is an excellent choice. The owner, Lucas, genuinely cares about the guys who are working for him and it shows in the effort they put out for him. <br /> As for price, I sought three bids and Golas was right around the middle. I had a budget figure in mind and although he was a little higher then what I wanted to pay, I felt most comfortable giving him the job. I would definitely recommend Golas for any remodeling job you might have, large or small. <br />

Lucas was awesome to work with. He was prompt, professional, conscientious and more. Beyond all of that he is an extremely nice and respectful person. He never made us feel like we were being unreasonable no matter what our complaint. I was the person who handled of the detailed and daily contact with Lucas. When my husband had questions or concerns that I did not agree with he was more than happy to contact him directly and did so promptly. When our paint was way too light and he had already painted 2/3's of the house, he repainted with a darker color with out complaint or any additional charge. I wish all contractors would be as honest and professional as Lucas was. <br />
