Unfortunately I allowed your Technician to add freon to the sealed unit of my Samsung Refrigerator (Sealed Unit) it voided my compressor warranty (10 Years) and had to purchase a NEW Refrigerator! It may be my faullt as I was unaware of the Compressor Warranty!

They did come out but not when they said. The tech got the dishwasher to work and stated it may work for 2 weeks or two years but had a glitch and a 384.00 part needed to fix it. We asked him to look at the oven and he said that he could fix it that Friday and would be back between 2 and 4 pm Dishwasher worked once! Tech never came never called and we sat in waiting for him. We heard nothing further from them.

I appreciated how fast I was contacted by Golden Hands & that the quote was cheaper than another I had already received from a different company. The oven was fixed within 48 hours! Ivan seemed to really know what he was doing & was friendly and helpful. He instructed me how to avoid causing the damage again in the future.
