paid to have them remove some dead trees. they cut it down and hid the logs in my backyard and threw a bunch over to my neighbor's yard. they would not come back to pick up the logs despite 5 calls. be warned.

Like everyone else, I chose this company because of the mostly good reviews, and ignored the negative reviews. Bad mistake, pay closer attention to negative reviews. Danny seemed very personable on the phone. Just asked me to send him pictures of the tree I wanted removed. Got back to me fairly quickly, with a $600 quote. The day he was supposed to come at 8:00am, he never showed up. I called him, and he said he made a mistake. So, I agreed to another day. His men showed up and I asked for the contract and insurance card, which they did not have with them. I called Danny, and he sent picture of insurance card, after telling me that I was giving him a hard time. I said I wanted a written contract before they started any work, especially after Danny said over the phone that the job did not include removing all grindings, even though his text messages had agreed to it. He had one of his guys give me a blank contract to fill out the agreed upon work. They started the job, and the tree was cut down very professionally, and quickly. That's the only part of this job that went well. They brought in the grinder, and started grinding the stump. I had to remind them to take the grindings away, not just plow them back under. I had to point out surface roots that the guy claimed was coming from a much smaller nearby tree. The grinder broke down due to a broken hydraulic fluid connection. Rather than fix the connection, they went and purchased hydraulic fluid to continuously add to the machine, so they could finish the grinding. Unbeknownst to me, the hydraulic fluid was leaking and saturating my lawn. When they finished, the machine left a trail of hydraulic fluid all the way from my yard and driveway, across to my neighbors walk, and down the street. Hydraulic fluid is toxic and left a strong smell in my yard, and anywhere it touches grass, the grass will not grow. The only remedy is to remove the earth that has been contaminated. I asked Danny to come back and remove the contaminated soil, and his response was " do it yourself " ! Called me the worst customer ever, and why was I giving him such a hard time! Because I was his only customer in Queens that day, he was losing money on my job. Well, nobody forced you to take my job. His men already spent too much time on my job. The extended time your men had to spend here was due to your upkeep, or lack thereof, of your machine. Not the customer's fault! They were on time and professional. They cleaned up everything and I like their service. The price was very reasonable. They were very good.

Went well took down one big tree and grinder the stump and trimmed three other trees and cleaned up left nothing behind good job

They were excellent. They arrived on time. I am very punctual, and this is very important to me. They showed up with a proper crew and they were exceptional. They were clean, they cleaned up the job site, and the boss was actually present at the job. Everyone knew what they were doing. Their price was extremely fair. If you need a crew to take down a tree, I would l highly recommend them.
