Duplicates, Installing, Medeco Keys, Opening Locks, Original keys, Rekeying Locks, Repairing and Replacing hardware of all kinds in commercial, bring the locks to us, residential and automotive areas. We cut and Program Ford Transponder keys while you wait. If you want to save money and do some the work yourself, we will be glad to walk you through the removal process. The 3 of us have a combined 80 years of experience in the locksmithing field.

Took a long time but was a lot of doors, some door jambs were messed up in the installation process. I would say work was completed ok but not carefully. Would not use again

I had some problems with them. Paul Golden was very nice. He required me to sign a little piece of paper signing permission to have extra keys made before they were actually made. It made me very nervous to do that because I've had some problems with breaking and entering at my house. It just made me a little bit nervous to have an extra key floating around out there. I had a Medical lock put on there. I had to sign a piece of paper to get the original key and lock off and I had to sign an extra piece of paper and when I asked him about it he said it was in case I lose my key I can get a replacement. It just made me a little nervous. The service call was $60 and the original quote including the service call was $305. The amount he charged me was $298 when Mr Golden came because he gave me a few dollars off. For trustworthiness I would give them a D because I didn't like signing that piece of paper ahead of time.

For the partially fixed door lock, they took the knob with them even though it was mine. It wasn't very professional. I was kind of put off by that because it was a brand new deadbolt and door knob set yet the only thing that had to be replaced was the deadbolt. The door knob was in it's own little box. Other than that, they did a great job. The doors all work fine. The deal was $55 for a locksmith service call and I think that it was a big waste of money because if they fixed anything, they wouldn't charge for a service call. I should have just called them directly for them to come and fix it.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and performed the task very quickly. He also went a step further and noticed that my front door sticks, had a larger strike plate in his car, and sold it to me for $10 to change out to help with the problem. I would definitely use this company again. <br />

The only reason I gave them a B was a scheduling issue. However, once the locksmith came I would say the wait was worth it! Julie diagnosed the problems immediately, replaced a broken piece in the lock and worked on the deadbolt until it locked smoothly. The quality of work was excellent, she mentioned she had been a locksmith for many years and it showed.

Unfortunately I bought the lock ay Loews and someone had taken some of the parts from the box. Robert rekeyed my lock until I could get back to Loews and replace the lock. He then returned and installed the new one. Great guy! <br />
