Goldshot guarantees their work and stands behind it. It took more than one visit within a ten day period to get rid of the ants for good but true to their word, Goldshot only charged me for the one visit, and that rate was very reasonable. I would recommend them

Keaton showed up right on time. Very professional and friendly. I accompanied him on his search for the squirrels entrance to the attic. We could not find one. At that point Keaton performed the exclusion part of the deal which used hardware cloth on all vents on the roof. He then baited the existing bait stations I had and placed them on the roof. <br /> In the meantime I believe I have found the entrance. Just need some better weather and time to check it out and block it. <br /> I was impressed by Keaton's knowledge of rodents and pests and how to keep them out. They fulfilled their end of the bargain and I am very satisfied with the work. <br />

I bought a special on Angie's List for spraying inside and outside (with a 30 day guarantee). I purchased a home in Sun City Grand and moved in a month ago. The cleaning company noticed scorpions and crickets before I moved in to the home. <br /> I received a phone call from GoldShot before the arrival of the serviceman. Keaton was wonderful and thorough. <br /> He explained everything he was doing and did a thorough evaluation of the home for potential entry areas for pests,. <br /> This was the first time that I had an exterminator that didn't try to sell me on a monthly/quarterly sercvice that I didn't want. <br /> However, it I decide that I want that service... <p>I was pleased with the pigeon removal service, Keaton of Goldshot Exterminating provided. After preforming a free inspection of the roof on Friday, 8/21, Keaton stated the majority of the existing spikes on the roof were still effective. However, the one area the birds were nesting no longer had spike strips. On 8/26, Keaton returned, removed all the bird nests and droppings and installed netting to the area to deter future bird nesting. He was professional, friendly and efficiently cleaned the area. The work was done at the appointed time agreed upon. The Angie's List Special Deal price I paid was a great bargain for this service. I would use Goldshot Exterminating again and would recommend them to others.</p> <br />

John returned my initial call promptly and we set up a day for him to come examine the property. As promised I received a call shortly before his arrival. He toured our acre lot and we discussed what could be done about the squirrels. He sprayed in the holes and set 2 traps in the heavily populated areas. He indicated it could take multiple applications but that it was totally up to us <br /> on how we wanted to proceed. We had him come back 2 weeks later to check the traps and spray again. We Have subsequently arranged with him to come back in 3 months to treat the holes again. <br /> I found John to be honest and professional, great to work with. <br />

A few monthe ago we has Goldshot Exterminators also do a bathroom remodel. This job as done on a very professional level from start to finish. Although John does not do the work himself, he is always present to find out how the job is going, this is more than any other professional I have used in the past. I am even using his services again in a new prject I am doing. By the way is Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the work done <br /> <br />

Action Termite started off pretty well. Then they fell apart and Goldshot took over. They missed an appointment, I called them. They sent someone out. I was bitten by a Scorpion (service we hired them for), and we have seen multiple centipedes. They do not deliver on what they say they will, and their service does not keep anything out - I could have sprayed water and had better results. Run the other way.

"This service was set up wrong from the start: we do not recommend a quarterly pest service for scorpions. However, when we were asked to honor the remainder of the contract that the customer had with Action, we agreed to do so. After servicing the property for a couple of months, we determined that the service was not set up correctly & wanted to adjust it (without raising the price) to a monthly pest service so that the customer would get the results they were looking for. I called & left a message, but the customer never responded. We've been in business over 20 years & this is the 1st negative report of any kind that we have ever received, so I take it very seriously. We're paying the price for a mis-diagnosis by their previous company, & that's not fair. We have had tens of thousands of satisfied customers without a single negative report & I think that speaks volumes. Hopefully any prospective customers reading this report will call for references so we can prove that we are a quality company & the situation with this particular customer is the exception - not the rule. We noticed red/fire ants in our house and called our home warranty service. They had us call Goldshot and said that we should get a response from them within 4 hours. True enough, they called back with 4 hours and set up the appointment to come out the next day between 8 am and 10 am. The contractor arrived at 9:15, asked questions about our problem, and found two other types of ants in our yard. He completely sprayed our 2200 square foot home, garage, and 1/3 acre yard in about 45 minutes time. Work is guaranteed for 30 days.
