I purchased a deal through Angie?s List to repair my roof and part f the gutter. When they came out, they were a delight to talk to and told us what repair work would need to be done. When they first started working they did a great job however they stopped working midway through. The gutter has still not been done and it has been raining a lot. I have called and emailed several times but cannot get them to come back out and finish the work.

George Sprague came and fixed my a leak in my in my skylight. Several other companies could not fix it. Mr. Spague was friendly,informative, Extremley proffersional . He cleaned up leaving no trash for me to have to worry about. He even sweeped when I told him I would get it. <br /> I highly recommend George. Anyone with any roofing problems call George first. Don't waste your time on anyone else <br />

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. George Sprague was in charge of the project and he and his crew were very professional. Took pictures of damage and explained what needed to be done. Project finished in record time as they went above and beyond to get it done. The estimate was lower than expected considering the needed repairs. Would not hesitate to hire again or refer.

<p>The roof is okay, but we were not really happy with the situation. They were really late getting it done and did part of it, but did not come back in a timely fashion. It help up our whole remodeling project so I would not recommend them. Their price was good. Pricewise, we got different quotes and they were reasonable. </p>

"Mrs. [removed member name], Sometimes certain projects take longer than others. Your home was one of those. Due to the neglect of the home you had extreme structural damage under the roofing materials. We had to replace multiple sheets of plywood as well as repair trusses that were damaged and causing the roof to sag. This was not a normal roofing job. If you recall this project was also being done as you and your husband were up north and not able to be reached. It is our policy to contact the owner if extensive work that was not visible prior to starting the job. We do not want to surprise customers with a bill that ended up close to 2000 extra at the conclusion without them in the loop. I might also add that I was surprised by your not paying for this work that was done even when you were explained in detail as well as quoted the extra cost on the phone. Thus scoring us low as well as not paying what was clearly owed was like a slap to us. I had trusted you and your husband and felt that there would be no problems for I had a good feeling with you as customers. I might also add that even though I could have taken this to small claims for the balance I had decided to absorb it and doing so as a good person. Thus this really surprised me that you would take the time to try and harm our reputation by scoring us low on Angie's list even when this entire process had nothing to do with Angie's list. This was not even a job that was originated by this company. I have no hard feelings and will still treat you as a customer of ours......so if you have any issues please contact us and we will try to help !! Steve"

He was incredible, they were so good and their estimate was so much lower than anyone else. He is a man who was on the job every day and he makes sure than his working people have water. He treats his people so well and that's important. Their integrity comes in again. He's fast and efficient.
