GON Roofing did a fantastic job. They were able to provide estimate sooner that anticipated, scheduled the job for when convenient for us (the homeowners), the crew was very professional and started on time, they cleaned up at the end of each day, provided all services as discussed, finished within the estimated time frame, and did not go over estimate amount. We are so pleased and the roof looks terrific. Would definitely recommend! :)

<p>Roof was repaired I thought. Contractor stated he would come out 1 time for free should the problem continue.</p> <p>Called the contractor at least 3 times never showed up. This went on for a total of three days. Never took the time to contact me any one of those days to let me know he was not going to show up.</p> <p>I inspected the roof where the repair was done. Tiles were not secured properly, various areas where the tile had been moved where not aligned properly leaving areas expose which would allow the water to flow under the tile.  </p> <p>I am in the process of calling another company in order to have the work done properly.                </p> <br />

It was great. He was very accommodating and reliable. When he said he was going to be there, he was there. He returned phone calls and the price was good. I got an estimate from somebody else who was like $800 more.

Extremely well.  Was very punctual with an appointment, gave us a written estimate within two days.  Job was scheduled in two weeks and arrived early on that day and had the job done in two days.  The work was done professionally and done well.  We will recommend this company to anyone that has a roofing problem. <br />

I like getting a written kind of estimate. They explained what they were going to do and did it. They did a good job. We had a heavy rain and nothing leaked so we're alright. They were punctual.

It went great. We were really on a tight spot, we were going to buy our house and we're planning to put a roof on the house. He gave a great quote. He had it done in 3 days which was great. He lost a little bit of money on us but he still did a great job. The staff was great, any issues we had, they took care of it right away. They cleaned up well after themselves. He was in constant contact with me if we had any issues, when the guys are going to be there or leaving. He came over and checked the site several times and they had great customer service.

Excellent! My call was answered immediately by an actual person. They came out for an estimate quickly and the work was scheduled at my convenience. They showed up on time, were very professional, cleaned off my roof and all of the mess when finished, and even sealed around all of the vent pipes at no additional charge! It hasn't rained since the repair, but I have no doubt that they will back up their work if additional repairs are needed. I have already reccommended them and will continue to do so! <br />

He arrived on time to give the estimate and the workers arrived on time to begin work.  It didn't take very long to complete the job and we were satisfied with the results. <br />

Gon Roofing did a great job. Thay started out somewhat slow, but it all got done in the time which was agreed on and they dida great job of cleaning up after themsleves. Everything looked great and all the work was done just as promised. No surprises or hidden fees and there weren't any issues with the repairs. They worked for three days straight on my roof and did an amazing job. It looks great. <br />

I agreed to GON Roofing estimated and contracted for work to be done. They appeared as scheduled, did a professional job and cleaned up work area, all in a timely manner, [ finished before the next set of summer showers ]. Am now looking to get an estimate on the main residence for a roofing job.  

Administratively they need some work.  When I called their office, the lady who answered the phone only gave me his cell phone number so I could call him directly.  That was a little inconvenient; I figured she could at least make appointments.  Since he was out in the field when he took my call, he apparently didn’t write it down and he didn’t show the first day.  I called him and he apologized.  When he did show up it looked like he did great work.   It rains so infrequently here in Yuma, I won’t know for a while if the work is any good.  If I used him again I would make sure he was writing it down properly.

The owner came out promptly for a complete roof inspection and estimate.  The work was completed as discussed, and the price was as quoted.  We have not experienced any problems with the roof since.  We are very happy with the quality of work and pricing, and will not hesitate to use this company again.  Would definitely recommend to others.

They replaced the roof of a good friend. As a retired roofer I closely examined their work and found it to be excellent. Great clean up. Four nails per shingle. Good flashing. Could not ask for a better job.

They willingly came out on a Sat in order to do the estimate and what they told me was going on was no surprise to me but the price they quoted me was and I expected to be paying much more. They were my first and only call based on a prior Angie's List recommendation. Other then a minor time hitch on the repair day everything went well. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I'll have to wait until after the first rain to make sure that it is properly sealed but it looked like higher quality workmanship when compared to what I saw after the tiles were initially removed. I will probably have to replace the other 3/4 of the roof at a later date and I will call them again.

We had lost some of the terracotta clay shingles like the round ones in a wind storm. There was a company that had come out to give us a quote for the roofing work. They gave us an outrageous estimate and it was more than what the insurance company had given us. They had also added many other things. They came out to measure the whole roof and they also made diagrams. They gave us estimate for over 2000 $ for only 20 shingles. That?s when we called Gon Roofing and they came out to inspect the roof. They gave us an estimate and the difference between the 2 companies was almost 1500 $. The other company even wanted to go to our insurance company and ask for more money. The guys from Gon Roofing were really good. They came out and cleaned up all the mess. They cleaned up not only their mess, but also the mess that the wind had left. They were in and out of here within a couple of hours. They were wonderful. They came out and gave us an estimate in a very timely manner. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They did the work in an extremely fast and efficient way. The price that they charged was very reasonable and excellent as well. I would absolutely use their services again in a heartbeat.
