4/15. On Mar 3. They showed up on time. It rain the next day. However, they mad it up in time. It was only two people and they painted and repaired my whole house in four days. The representative who set this up came out, gave me a very good price and was very professional. They didn't take any money until the job was finished and we did a final walk thru. I will definitely recommend them to anybody and will use this company again. I'm very impressed!

The work is bad quality and customer service is even worse. Paint job was “completed” in October and about a week later we noticed it’s actually incomplete. We contacted Francisco to honor warranty to replace one rotted siding piece and streaky paint in one section that was overlooked. He responded to leave a bucket of paint outside and he will touch up. Of course, that never happened and he has been unresponsive and we have been waiting since October! Not to mention, they left so much trash behind including siding nails all over the driveway, chipped paint, food trash in the lawn, etc. We had to spend hours to cleanup after them. Moreover, they asked for more than 50% advance payment in the middle of the job progress instead of requesting payment after the job is done. On top of that, they upcharged for painting the deck when that was said to be included in the price. This has been a very disappointing experience!

"Good morning, you know very well what you’re saying is a lie. Your home was destroyed before we got there we changed a lot more siding than what we agreed on and you, yourself walked thru out the house with us before we completed it. You’re upset because you didn’t want to pay the guys that did your fence doors. You’d see them and go back in. You saw us talk to them and you thought we told them but we didn’t say anything. Also the deck before we started pressure washing I told you that the deck wasn’t included. That’s a lie because we made sure to clean up after our selves and you were there when we left. If it is how you say we left it, every client would of left the same review."

Gonzalez Painting, Francisco Gonzalez and his crew, did a fantastic job on my house. They were very professional, courteous, and very talented. They also cleaned up all debris after the job was done, interior and exterior. I have never had such an awesome crew do work for me. I recommend them to anyone who’s looking for any work done to their home. Gonzalez Painting does pretty much do it all. My wife and I are very much pleased with the outcome, a beautiful updated home.

It went well they showed up in good timing with a positive attitude and ready to work. Went over the paper work and the instructor double checked with me on the house work to be done. The team worked together well and was knowledgeable of their individual job. My house was just finished up with today and it looks great so far. I'll write another review to BBB in a week from now with an update on what i felt went very well up to this point. I may send a photo on my next review as the finishing touch

I am always very skeptical when it comes to people working on anything that I am responsible for. With that in mind our home is 30 years old and was in need of painting and some areas around our windows, gutters and chimney were rotting and in need of repair. Gonzalez Painting came out and did an estimate that I was unfortunately unable to be present for. So I called them and rescheduled a time for me to talk with the painting team and I walked around the house with them and talked through my concerns. After we finished, they got started immediately. They worked for two days to finish the work. 2 guys the first day to work through the majority of the carpentry and caulking that needed to be done as well as the window treatment. The 2nd day a team of 4 people came by and worked like a well oiled machine. Since I do carpentry myself I would say their level of work in the area of carpentry is a 7 but the level of detail, knowledge, skill and efficiency of their painting, is at least an 8.5 but I would give them a solid 9 for our home. Our home is just under 2500 sq ft and they did an amazing job. The house looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they pressure washed and stained our deck. Great team, wonderful work, and a 99.9% satisfied customer. Please give them a call.

very positive. crew was prompt and friendly and talented. I almost gave them excellent (which I consider has to be near perfect). In my book it is impossible to have excellent when trim painting at 30 feet in the air! They were as good as the team I used 6 years ago when I paid 40% more! I almost didn't use them because they were so much cheaper (even using the top of line sherwin williams paint) but they were as good as I have had. Eleazor and Caesar were very diligent and didn't mind my "picky" concerns. They fixed everything and cleaned up well after the work. They just did the work with a smile. Very impressed. I am having them back to paint my deck next.

terrible! work not finished, parts that were done were not done well and company refuses to return to finish. They hire day laborers and will not guarantee their work!

Problems from the get go over paint. They wanted to upcharge for more expensive paint. The painters claimed that the color I chose did not come in Duracraft, only the Superpaint. I called Sherwin Williams and they told me otherwise. Painters were a bit messy. When they were just about finished, they surprised me with a reminder that my price was changing because they had to do two coats. I never saw them do two coats. They told me they did it real quick with the sprayer. I always thought two coats meant first coat dries, then second coat. Apparently not. It was an instant two coats. I did not pay for the second coat after a small argument between the head painter, the manager in the office, and myself. I also was not left with any extra of that paint color, and the painters were very half fast from that point on. They wouldn't even do one little spot of trim for me that didn't look right. Told me it would be extra. They left large paint scrapings from my deck all over the yard. Also, the expected language barrier didn't help either. Their is also a special on their website that states you get a free pressure wash of the driveway with a complete exterior paint. That never happened, my driveway was too big for them.

Excellent work in full compliance with contract agreement. The crew was professional, responsive and put the time and effort to finish the job on time and with high quality. The house was pressure washed, rotten wood was changed and fully prepared prior Painting. We highly recommend this company. In fact our neighbors engage in contract based on our experience.

The service went great, the workers were professional, quick and very good. My house is 10 years old, so it needed to be power washed, wood replaced and repainting. I wanted the original color and they did it without input from me. My house looks like new, I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. There prices were also lower than anyone else.
