Brett called and set up time to meet to discuss his plans. We met and he explained how the process would proceed and when his crew would start. His crew showed up when scheduled but could not finish same day because the back yard had not been marked for cables, pipes, etc. When crew returned the monsoons came with them, they were able to get some work done but the heavy rains won the day. It was also 4th of July weekend. The crew returned the following Tues. and finished the job. The sprinkler system is working great! I am very pleased with everything.

Good Earth did a great job - the final outcome looked much better than I had anticipated. They were prompt, quick and thorough. Great attention was paid to detail. I would recommend them to others.

we are still in the process, project is not completed at this time but the proprietor has been responsive and receptive.

They listened to our needs and wants and created a design that met those expectations. We compared their pricing to others, and their prices were very competitive. We plan to get them started on our project within the next 2-3 weeks.

When it came time to change our origonal plans slightly, with our garden wall, this information was communicated and agreed upon with no change in origonal layout. The designer listened to what I wanted, suggested ideas that would work within my budget. and improved greatly on my ideas. Even after the plan was approved, they brought in a few more plants because the 2 dimensional plan looked a little bare in the 3 dimensional yard. They were very fast and thorough. I will use them again for my back yard.

They met your criteria with answers & referrals, provided plans, helped select fine materials, started early, worked 12 hr days putting in a sprinkler system, flower beds, plants, boulders, trees, & large patio, were flexable, professional, positive & finished all projects early. WOW! I would like to have had a signed printed agreement. Fortunately, it was not needed. Thank you very much for this referral. The landscaping, front & back, is gorgeous!

I was very pleased with the way my yard turned out. They had an excellent plan, and did a great job. I felt like I got a lot for my money.

This was an enraging experience! We provided several pictures of the waterscape we wanted. They tried 3 times and could not deliver the product to specifications, even to one of their own pictures. There was a communication gap between the designer, owner and installation team and with us. They would say they would be here then wouldn't call when they were not going to make it. They were very unprofessional in the manner in which they handled our dissatisfaction in their design and workmanship. I would NOT recommend Good Earth Landscaping. We are now trying to hire someone to finish and correct the problem they left half finished.

Wonderful job! The service was prompt, they were courteous, the crew was polite and quick and my landscaping looks exactly like the plan that was designed. They came in on budget and on time. I look forward to enjoying my yard now, and will definitely use Good Earth again!
