John went out of his way to help us meet timeline requirements on our house renovation. He was so helpful and professional. We are very pleased with how well he and his team painted our rooms. Would definitely hire again!

It went real well. I've used them on a couple of jobs. John and O.G. and company do good work--real pros and reasonable. Would definitely call them again!

I was not pleased with their service. When I first got the estimate, it was given in a timely manner, but the job was not completed to my satisfaction. John, the owner, left on vacation and he promised me that he would send over his best painters. They missed spots and didn’t do thing that I asked of them, so I had to remind them what to do. They were not responsive, because I called them to get them to come back to fix what was sloppy, they took forever with responding back, so I gave up. They have now been trying to reach me, but at this point, I will not respond.

It went well, good pricing, great quality of service, arrived on time. Overall I was happy with the work.

Over all went well, painter had to come back for a few touch ups. Came back without any problem.

We hired Goodfellows Painting to paint the exterior (all windows, trim, doors) on a 1930's home that needed some TLC. I was initially very impressed by John and his knowledge of the quirks and care that it takes to work on old houses and windows. He expressed that that was their specialty and they would be able to do a good job and be able to do all the prep work involved with that. However, I was less than impressed by the overall prep work and attention to detail. We had to meet with foreman on multiple separate occasions when they thought they were done, but when walking around the house I identified pieces of trim left unpainted, paint smears in places, shoddy work on the window flashing, etc. We fully recognized that our house was not going to look brand new based on some of the chipping paint, old windows, etc. And overall, they did a decent job. But, based on the 'sales pitch' that John had about their experience working on old houses, I expected much better quality and attention to detail than we got.

Great folks to work with. They came in, got the job done, very professional and out!

John was very knowledgeable about the work he does and taught me new things. His team was thorough and timely and did great work! Only negative is they did leave a couple small traces they were there that were easy for my to clean. Great group and team to have work on your house!

John Goodfellow showed up on time for the initial estimate, and the estimate was sent to me when promised. His crew showed up on time, premium Sherwin Williams paint was used and they finished when promised. They were in my home for 3 days and each evening when they left, ladders and equipment was removed and my home was neat and in order.

An amazing Job!!! On time, accurate and got it done the first time.

Everything went very well and the whole house was completed in four days. Both gentlemen were courteous and helpful. The house looks wonderful!

John Goodfellow gave a good estimate after viewing the house. He said it would take about 2 weeks to do the work or slightly more if we chose to do the work on the outside. It was completed in time. When I noticed that they had missed painting a closet, he went over & did it even though he had been paid in full.

Gave estimate, did work as scheduled, good job! Workers were pleasant, cleaned up nicely.

He underestimated the difficulty & got a severeness of Flo which greatly extended time. However, he stayed in close touch & did a great job with the painting. He moved & returned all furniture as he painted & handled  all clean-up. Reassembling bathroom fixtures did not go well, But I believe that had to do with the condition of the walls.

He painted 3/4 of inside house and 1/2 of outside windows and left the job for 5 - 6 weeks. He did finished - the outside windows were poorly scraped and not cleaned . There was paint dropped inside the house on floors.

Fantastic, Goodfellow's Painting was able to get it done within a day and a half with thorough prep, careful maneuvering of furniture, and flawless coverage. It saved me a ton of time and at a good price!

Goodfellows Painting was very professional, punctual, finished ahead of time despite one of his crew members having a family emergency. The quality was very high. They used very high quality paint (Sherman Williams Cashmere Pearl) and the final results were outstanding. They were very professional, cleaned up, did not leave a mess, and were always courteous. Mr. John Goodfellow called me and talked to me several times before, during and after the job to ensure everything was up to our expectations, which it was. He pays his crew top dollar to ensure he has the best painters to perform the job, and this investment in his crew shows in their enthusiasm, professionalism and final product. Mr. Goodfellow himself is a very pleasant person of good cheer and always very professional. It is worth hiring them just to talk and interact with him. You can tell he really enjoys and cares about the work he does! I would highly recommend Goodfellows Painting and we will be using them again in the future.

Mr. Goodfellow and his crew were very professional and did a wonderful job painting our home. Once started they were at our home with a team of 4-5 guys and were done in 4 days. Their attention to detail was excellent and the crew was on top of the job. Thanks Mr. Goodfellow and crew.

We were satisfied with them, we give them high marks. They would get five stars, price we'd give them a four. I'd give them an A on everything and B on price. I don't remember off the top of my head [cost].

Mr. Goodfellow and his team are very professional. Mr. Goodfellow's communication and presence during the project was above par. The pricing is fair. The team pays attention to detail and works well together. The house looks so much better than before.

He did an excellent job. It was completed in an expedient manner. John left the house looking great - no clean up needed which was important to me as we needed the house to look ready to move into. The hardwood floors had just been refinished and he made sure that there were no paint spatters or drips.
