Writing this review for my 80+ y/o parents who scheduled a move with this company or a local co. using their information and contracts. There were many red flags from the beginning with this co., from scheduling, to rescheduling, to not having ANY personnel come out to visually inspect any of their household goods. Gave one quote then doubled it when an inventory list was given, then demanded more money towards the deposit. Charged a change date fee that wasn't applied to their move, or at least it is not documented in the 2nd contract. While the movers were kind and friendly, they were exhausted from their drive and the excessive humidity on their arrival. My parents had to contact the driver multiple times to find out when they might be arriving. There was zero correspondence from the original person they worked w/to initiate their move. The staff that called me to discuss the problems was rude and disrespectful. They are not consumer friendly, bc they know you have to move. AWFUL!
