The plumbing technician called before he came and his demeanor was professional and friendly. He advised us what he was doing while he was working, He made sure he did not get any dirt on our carpet or floor. We would gladly have him back to do work for us again.

I called Good Guy plumbing when my AC condenser went out on a 90+ degree day. They arrived within hours of my call, and had the unit repaired and blowing cool air again in less than 30 minutes! They even make payment easy with online bill pay. Highly recommended

They came on time, asked appropriate questions to problem solve and gave an estimate. They did the repair so quick and thorough and even helped with another plumbing issue that was unrelated. Matthew was interested in the history of our plumbing problems and was very knowledgeable. We called them for a quick fix, but will definitely call them back for any plumbing issue from now on. Hire these guys. We have used Good Guy Plumbing twice, in 2020 and again this year, for complex projects. This included running a new line from the main water supply to our house and moving irrigation lines above ground to eliminate chronic underground leaking from old lines. The work was professional, complete and timely. The communication great. Matthew, the main plumber and the owner who helped us was exceptional both times. Really knows his stuff, is fast and detailed and a joy to work with. Matthew always available for questions and help. Next time you need a plumber consider Good Guy Plumbing.

The founding owner of Good Guy Plumbing, Matthew Ornejo, aptly named the company. He is both a "good guy" and an outstanding plumber. Crowding us in at the end of a Friday--and we were even new customers--Mr. Ornejo worked into the evening--well past 7:30-- on that Friday night, returning again on Saturday with other equipment. When he discovered that the "clog" in the mainline to our septic tank was a formidable tree root, he recommended whom we might call, providing the sort of knowledgeable and thoughtful consultation service that a primary care physician would in calling in a specialist. AND, he called on the day of that service just to see how it all was going. I would recommend Good Guy Plumbing in a heartbeat, and will certainly go to him for plumbing...and, as it turns out, other areas as well, including electrical work. Additionally, Mr. Ornejo's pricing was well within the intersection of reasonable and affordable, wholly WITHOUT unexpected, "ad hoc" add-ons.
