I couldn't have found someone better than Priel. He keeps to his word. Did an amazing job on my carpet that had oil spill. I highly recommend Priel. He is the best. I will be definitely be hiring him again.

Started rough with cleaner being 1.5 hours late and then going to wrong address but he persisted and still came and did a fantastic job and was very personable.

Amazing service, I would highly recommend Priel, he is one outstanding individual. I have a small apartment but he spent hours (originally he estimated it would take 2.5 hours but he spent over 7, at the same cost) trying to get all the dirt to be cleaned up. He takes pride in making sure the customer is happy and was super flexible with me on working around my schedule. Regarding cost, he was more than fair and it I actually felt guilty not giving him more given the hard work he put into it. I wouldn't even bother dealing with anyone else, and anyone who gives him anything but an A is just bitter :)

Priel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer, from communicating very well, to working around my schedule and even budget, and was friendly and nice. My cat even liked him and my cat likes no one.

My tile floor looks like new! Good Guys did an excellent job, responded quickly, was professional and super nice.

The rug cleaning went great, our old tenants left a horrible mess and the rug looked like it would never come back to life but Priel was able to deep clean it like new! He also cleaned our kitchens and baths back to almost new again.

Just totally unreliable. He showed up over four hours late for our first appointment, including three hours after texting "be there in an hour". Because he was so late, he was in my house until 9:30 PM and wanted to stay later, before we said we'd have the finish another day. He then showed up three hours late for that second day. In cleaning the master bedroom, he broke a glass candle holder, which we cannot replace (to his credit, he offered to pay and we reduced the balance. As for the actual work, aside from the fact that it took an inordinate amount of time to complete, was average at best. Our couch had a urine smell (from the dog) which persisted after he "cleaned it". When we asked him to come back to address the urine smell, we arranged for a day, he cancelled day of and we picked a different day. Unfortunately, he didn't show up, call or text for that final appointment before I decided I had enough. We have two kids and a busy schedule, so to plan for someone only to have them come four hours late, or not at all, is unacceptable.

Priel was thorough, professional, and accommodating. I appreciate him fitting our job in on a Friday evening. Our rug turned out great and pet odor free!

We had a horrendous red wine stain on a tan/off white carpet and thought we were doomed. The stain was easily 3-4 ft long and looked like someone had been murdered in our living room. Priel changed that for us. He came the following day and was very thorough. He came back a second time (free of charge) to ensure that the stain was fully removed. He is a magic carpet cleaner indeed! Definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Was over 5 hours late. Did keep us informed of delay. Did a great job once he got here. He also discounted his service to make up for the delay.

It went well. He hand washed the staircase and vestibul rug and then steam cleaned it. It looked almost new and the dog smell was gone. Hard working and professional.

Priel definitely lived up to the company name “Good Guy.” Although I needed the work urgently, he called me right away to explain he was on vacation & the earliest he could come would be the following week. I thought this was very professional of him to inform me right away. This way I would have a choice to wait for his deal the following week or go elsewhere. I waited for him & he was well worth the wait. He arrived on time, ready to go, kept my cats secured, & worked diligently to clean the carpets. He even cleaned the cat scratching tower, which was something we didn’t request but really appreciated! We paid a little more than the deal since our carpets were really soiled & needed the extra attention. Thanks Good Guy, I would definitely hire you again!
