Good Guys Furniture Floor & Carpet Cleaning

Pharaoh and Will did a great job cleaning our rec room, bedrooms and an Oriental rug in the living room. They were very thorough and were able to get out 10 year old food stains, pet stains and cigarette smoke. I've been using them for years on my apartment buildings and I highly recommend them.

I've used Nice Guys for many years for both of my apartment buildings. They always do a good job. They cleaned the carpet and got rid of some stains by the foyer of the building. I think they have a minimum charge of $150.00 to come out.

One of the tenants in my apartment building tracked black tar on the carpeting in the hallway from the lobby all the way up to the third floor. Carol had someone come out the next afternoon to clean the carpet. They got rid of the tar but the carpet was stained. Carol made a special trip out the next day to treat the spots with another cleaner. She got rid of most of the stain without damaging the carpet. I've used this company for years and I'm always been impressed with their customer service and the quality of their work. They're wonderful.

They were great. They did a very nice job. They were neat. The only thing that I had to do was give him a parking spot but that was the only difficulty.

Once inside my unit they discussed their plan for cleaning the carpets and rugs, they worked quickly and efficiently. The carpet turned out much better than I expected as they were some worn areas. They were able to revive these worn areas which makes the carpet look like new. Even the area rugs looked refreshed and did not appear so aged.

Very good job. We will hire them again for the next cleaning.

Everything went well. The guy showed up on time, put on booties and got to work right away. They were only charging me $150.00 for the rug and the bedroom carpet so I asked the service tech if he would do the staircase too. He agreed to do it and charged me another $30.00. The stairway hadn't been cleaned in a long time and he did a very good job. I am impressed with how well all our old carpeting looks. I have used them to clean carpets in a couple of my apartment buildings and they've always done a good job. Apparently they clean furniture too.  I would definitely recommend them to anybody. <br />

The two gentlemen came on time. However, I was given a price range for the sectional that was dependent on how many throw pillows and the size of the throw pillows. The works then gave a price that was almost $40 above the upper limit that I was quoted. When I told them that they were outside of the quote they said okay we will just charge the $200 which was the upper limit. <br /> As for the cleaning itself it was just okay. I have two dogs that shed and they didnt even get all the hair off the couch. I also spilled some wax on the couch and they were not able to remove the wax or offer suggestions as to how to get it to come out.  <br /> <br />

The crew did not do the back of the furniture.  The technician was asked about it and indicated along the lines that it was not an area in use. I did later talk to the office, and they said it was not a practice.  They do the all of the upholestry.  The office thanked me for the call.  The crew did a good job on the rugs and furniture with the exception of not doing the back of the furnitture. <br />

These are very nice and professional people.  They come on time and work quickly but thoroughly clean.  I highly recommend them.

They were fantastic!  My dog was sick & my floors took a beating.  The carpets looked better than new & all stains were removed.  He also spot cleaned a vintage rug.  Before he arrived, I was seriously thinking that my floor coverings would need to be replaced.

Excellent service.  We've used them before.  They are fast, courteous, efficient, do great work and are reasonably priced.

I have used Good Guys in the past when it was a husband and wife team.  Setting up the appointment was seamless. I asked about the owner/wife since she did not accompany the crew. When the crew arrived on time, they assessed the work and gave me an estimate. I originally wanted to have the couch cleaned but the cushions were too soiled and they could not guarantee they could remove all the dirt. Several of the DR chairs were also heavily soiled and she said she would do her best. The love seat and DR chairs look like new and she was able to get 95% of the stains removed from one of the heavily soiled chair (1). They charged me their minimum. <br />

It was reasonable. They were pretty good, effective, and responsive.

These guys are great,they were on time,got right to work,did a great job,took the time to answer all of my stupid questions,went over and beyond on a couple of stains.I will use them again! <br />

Arrived on time, two-man team, easy about my pets, moved furniture that needed to be, left some in place.  They use some kind of non-steam/hot water method that works well, although said they could not get a pet stain out because of sun bleaching of the stain.  Things were fresh, clean.   Oddly, they figured the tip into their estimate, i.e., they chose the tip percentage.  Didn't like that part.
