It was excellent

It was a wonderful experience. Garage door repair services said they serviced Ranchita, but did not. This is the only one that actually did. I am single and had a big problem with my door. So I was extremely grateful that they came to my house in a day's time. Chris was wonderful. Fixed everything in record time. Under what he estimated.

Tech did a great job!! Quick, cleaned up after, and professional.

Chris arrived on time, and his service was excellent. He finished everything within a couple of hours. Rated "B" only because of the cost. We paid approx $1,500, and it's on the higher end.

Technician arrived on time, service was done in less than an hour and now our garage door works better than it has in years (door is now super quiet). Thank you Chris.

In this review I am covering two repair experiences I had with Sears Garage Solutions. #1 February, 2020 I had to replace my 13 year old springs. Technician Marcus Keenom, arrived on time, was very courteous, professional and was flexible to come up with a fix to resolve the issue. He pointed out few completely, unrelated, minor issues and fixed them too. His attention to details was very good and I am very happy with teh work. #2 November 2020: The 13 year old Garage Door Opener failed (motor or circuit boards). This time, I asked for Marcus. Marcus, once again did a detailed and thorough job. Overall, I am very happy with Sears Garage Solutions and with Marcus Keenom.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with Marcus K. He is someone that we really trust now based on his work and professionalism. He took pride in his work and it showed. We would only want to use him in the future and recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Thank you Marcus! Sandy and Neetu M.

It was a perfect repair. Chris have us our options and we decided to have him repair the door. He was quick, efficient and friendly. Second time he has serviced our door.
