"The only problem you're having is with the Home Depot brackets that have broke in the wind storms.I DO NOT IMPLY ANY WARRANTY ON HOME DEPOT PRODUCTS,they do ! All the work we performed and the New Fence we installed is in perfect condition and NOT in need of any repair what so ever.I've been to your property twice for the same thing and have gone over the entire fence, with you right there with me.I've explained to you each time that I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOME DEPOT PRODUCTS ! I also let you know,that I would go to HOME DEPOT and get more brackets to replace the one's that broke.That's what the $250.00 charge is for ; us getting the brackets for you and then replacing them.That's such a bargain nobody in their right mind would refuse ! You obviously DO NOT understand what we went over TWICE. I've been nothing but polite and courteous to you and offered to help you out.The 250 dollars is our minimal labor charge. ( seems you DO NOT understand that either ) To put that in prospective,Lowe's minimal labor is 700 dollars.You are the one who has been nasty,rude,insulting,cussing and mean to me.My phone service records all my calls and I have yours.Everything in your review is totally false ; The old fence is Home Depot 's and is warrantied by them NOT US ,it is their brackets that broke,nothing of mine.I told you about the minimal labor of 250 dollars the first time I was there and you said you'd have your Grandson do it.He tried but messed it up and that's why you called me a second time.I met with you for a second time and told you the exact same thing ; For 250 bucks , I'll go to Home Depot get the brackets and install them ! You were rude,swearing and slammed the door on me with out saying good-bye.You left a derogatory voice message and cursed me out a lot worse than what you have up top.I still called you back to offer my help and you went off on me again.(my service has the recordings) Just because you can come on here and slander me doesn't make it right and I will be seeking legal counsel.Please feel free to call me"

"Hi Folks and thank you for the nice comments.It was quite the storm we had in April,resulting in your fence being on the ground,as many where. I didn't install it but when you called and identified yourself as an Angie's List member, we where happy to help ! We actually dropped our new installs to help members , as the volume of calls for repairs was so high. We helped several members out for as long as we could.We have received a couple nice comments but many don't bother to thank you any more.Seems in today's world if someone has something nasty to say , they'll go to great lengths to write about that but it's like pulling teeth to see the good. I know you had estimates lower in price than mine but realized the value my company offers.By your own words we were " The best Value far and away " , so I'm a little confused about the B for price.The wood fence we built for you will never require staining , unless you want that look. It is also installed to code of 42 inches deep and we are the only one's who do that. All # 2 wood requires staining within 6 weeks of the installation.It would have COST you several thousand dollars to stain . A COST you will never have ! Also even after you stain that stuff , you still have an inferior # 2 fence,that isn't installed to code. If you have us back to extend the fence,rest assured that all the wood will match perfectly to what you have now.Another thing those #2 guys can't do.I say it all the time here on Angie's List ; The thrill of saving a couple bucks goes away in a couple days,but Quality Materials ans Expert Craftsmanship lasts a Lifetime ! I have installed several of the fences on your street, all are standing and in perfect condition,with my sign on them.The fence we replaced for you was Not Ours.It was another companies # 2 job. The materials were sub - standard #2 and the posts we dug out were only installed two feet deep. Folks, once again this is the classic case of pay me now or pay me latter. WE are the # 1 company for good reason. The difference between US and all the # 2 companies is not one, IT IS 100 PERCENT ! With the recent wind storms,I've been all over W.N.Y. Everybody calls me because we put a sign on our fences and they are the one still standing ! All our repairs are to #2 fence installed by #2 companies,that does NOT stand a chance in our harsh weather. Most aren't even 3 to 5 years old ! All those #2 companies are telling everyone that unless it's their fence they are too busy to look . That's because most of their work is on the ground right now. We put our new installs to the side so we could help Angie's List Members. The reason I can is because ; Mine are not broke , just the opposite , so I am busy fixing all the other companies not mine ! We have fielded well over 150 calls for storm damage and have replaced more than 100 posts , panels and gates. Not even ONE of them mine. [Member Name Removed], if you look at the fence that did survive,you'll see it is totally different from ours.When that side falls down , please feel free to call us , Thanks again Mark, Jonathan and Matthew."

Fast forward 20 years or so and your fence will still be there with out any maintenance at all. My wood fence has been up for 24 years and we still enjoy it today ! The average age of a Wood fence in W.N.Y. is 8 to 12 years. Our wood we use is the best available and treated with the Osmose Process. It is Northern Red Pine, set on real ( true ) 4 x 4's,cemented 42 inches deep.My two son's and me provide the installation and give a full 15 year warranty.
