Ben did a great job fixing the electrical outlet outside that did not work as well as installing the blank on the electrical panel. Friendly guy who analyzed the problem quick and did high quality work - definitely recommend!

Ben showed up to price the job when he said he would (Saturday) and gave us a price. He looked at the fans we purchased and told us down rods were needed for 2 of the 3 fans. We secured the down rods before he arrived to do the job two days later. He returned on Monday when he said he would to install the 3 fans. He installed the fans in a little over 3 hours. He charged exactly the amount he gave us as an estimate. He brought everything he needed to complete the job. He also took all of the boxes the new fans came in and the old fans he removed which we appreciated. We were very satisfied with the work done.. We felt very comfortable with him in our home.

This couldn’t have gone any smoother. Ben showed up on the same day I requested someone from this site to give me a quote. He was easy to work with and stayed in touch. He spent a good amount of time going over all my options for adding outlets inside my finished garage for our workout/gym equipment. He offered a few solutions and made sure it was what I wanted. The work Ben completed was excellent. He cut through the ceiling to run wire from my exterior main panel, where I had a few open slots for circuits, to the opposite wall inside the garage. After running the wire and adding the new outlets he patched up any holes that were needed, mudded them and painted over. You can’t even tell there was any work done. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the job and we would/will hire again if any other work is needed on our home. Thank you!

Jackson EMC did their part in the cut off of the power and removing the powerlines from the mask on top of my house they dug the ditch and put new wire down the pole and to the house. My electrician, Mr. Edwards install the new meter box and breaker box, he also helped me remove and install siding behind the meter box. Ben was very efficient and professional in his work, he also coordinated with the county for permits. Good job Ben and a great; Thank You Ken

Good N’ Handy finished my basement. I am a satisfied customer. I can breakdown into three important points. 1. Timeliness – starting with scheduling the initial visit until the completion of the basement, everything is on time. I scheduled the initial visit to discuss the scope of the project. Good N’ Handy came to view the site. He provided his estimate on the materials needed, the scope of work and the estimated completion. He worked every day with little or no supervision needed. At the end of the day, he would provide an update on the work of the progress. We have visitors coming that will be staying in the basement. He made sure that there are no delays and that the basement will be available in time for our visitors. 2. Quality – Good N’ Handy did not do shortcuts like some would do. On every step, quality is there. When we were enclosing all the ductwork in the basement ceiling, we brainstormed on the best way to optimize the space. He provided good suggestions on how to optimize and at the same have a better aesthetic output. The bathroom was also well discussed before completed. Whatever we discussed was delivered. 3. Professionalism – Good N’ Handy shows to work every day focused in completing the basement and at the same time being customer friendly. If ever we saw issues, he was always calm and always looked for ways to solve the issues. I recommend Good N’ Handy to everyone. You will definitely be a satisfied customer.
