I gave 3 stars due to lack of communication. Also took 4 months to install my deck. I would have liked being able to look at these schedule on-line to see an estimated start date and not continue to hound them about when they would start. The deck looks amazing through all the struggles to get started.

"Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the delay in your project, we had several things we were working around within our company. We have hired in an office coordinator recently which will help with customer communications. Our company also has our work schedule listed on our website where customers can go on anytime to check the status of their project. I will be honest though that there was some time during the graduation time frame that I did fall behind at keeping that schedule updated frequently as I was out in the field more helping complete a few jobs that had graduation deadlines. I am thrilled that the new deck looks amazing for you."

Workers were on time and delivered our fencing needs as quoted. As return customers and especially as Seniors, we're quite pleased with how polite, respectful and how trustworthy Goodrow's was once again. We're happily retaining them for a deck project and looking at some additional projects later this year exclusively with Goodrow's!

Difficult to start with a lack of communication. Once started, the project went over schedule due to lack of resourcing. Quality of work was poor due to wood damage caused by nail gun. Inconsistency in usage between nails and screws. Mistakes made were corrected however wood was not replaced which reflected multiple nail holes. Quality wood was not used consistently. Infrastructure and design was good.

We had vynl fencing put up around our property that posed many challenges in the way of uneven ground, sloping angles and tricky turns. The guys did a very nice job with a great attention to detail to make it look nice. Very pleasurable to deal with and they always cleaned up the site each day

Once again, thoroughly pleased with their work. Had a bad windstorm that knocked down a portion of our fence. William had someone out the same day and now our fence is like new! Fast service and great rates! Highly recommend!

Our project was really big - a cedar fence w 2 double-wide metal-frame gates and a gate between two buildings over concrete - around 3/4 of an acre. Some days were hot and others rainy. John worked most days by himself but he worked hard! This is the 2nd project we’ve had Goodrow do for us and highly recommend them.

Service was top notch from the quote to the finished product. We had a couple of delays due to surveying and prep work and William was fantastic at making accommodations. Went very well. Work started within two days of the target gate. Project involved four property owners. Coordination was excellent with work progressing smoothly. Crew members were thorough, knowledgeable and did not mind answering questions. Material was as promised and looks great. A seamless project without any problems or issues. Project was coordinated through one of the four property owners which helped speed things along and provide clear communication.

Will and his team were wonderful. Fast, efficient and the quality of workmanship was great. Even the hardware for the gate and the brackets they use to attach the cross-boards to the posts were were far better than the fencing had had previously.

Will Goodrow scheduled and arrived for assessment of felled portion of back fence damaged by unusually strong windstorm. We also had a rotting portion of side fence we opted to take care of same time. It was determined the integrity of back fence was affected by portion that was downed during storm. So, we knew pricing would be between 24-28 dollars per foot. Pricing was at 27.00 per foot to replace entire back fence and 1/2 of side fence. Snowstorm further delayed work, but we were immediately placed on calendar and notified. Work was completed in approx. 3 days replacing 85 plus feet of fence. It is beautiful. We are more than pleased. Craftsman Junior & crew was exceptionally polite, displayed much care and pride in workmanship, professional and considerate. We are thrilled..
