Raymond took money and did no work. Does not return phone calls. The only thing he did promptly was cash the check. Terrible experience. No one deserves to be treated like this.

He DID NOT complete the job. Getting him to show up to do work was like pulling teeth. Paid him over $16k spent over $18k and kitchen not done. Tile not laid, backsplash not done, trim and finish work not done. The work he did do was good quality but after 5 weeks he only worked maybe a total of 2 weeks of man hours. My advice if you do hire him is to buy your own materials and only pay him for labor when completed. Dude has money issues and that should not be the customer’s problem. So many more issues and so much stress I would never hire him again. Now have to spend even more money finding someone to finish the job.

"In my defense I still had two weeks left to complete the project. All I had left to do is lay the floor tile set a door and the tile backsplash. My truck broke down and had to be put in the shop for three days. I communicated that to them and that wasn't good enough so they fired me. I still had plenty enough time to finish the project with time left over based on our contract. They panicked and over reacted."
