He came to repair my dryer and I paid him $160. He said he would be back to complete the job once a part came in. He was unresponsive ever since. I finally did speak with him and he said the part will be in the next day. I did not hear from him and he was rude to me over the phone raising his voice saying the part is not in yet! He was sarcastic on a voicemail he left me blaming FedEx. He never answers my calls. He took my money, he cashed it the same day and all I want is for him to finish the job. If he is not going to fix the dryer he can keep the $90 service call fee and refund my $70 so I can pay someone else for the job.

The first visit he said that he replaced the control board.  It didn't work long, so he came back and said that he needed to order a part which would take approximately a week to receive.  He was paid on both visits.  He never contacted us again.  We try to call him several times.  He would take a call if it was coming from a different telephone number.  He would answer and then would blame UPS for not delivering.  Repeated calls from the same telephone number would NOT be answered.  We tried calling him from at least 4 different phones, he would answer the first call from each phone, but only once.  Then he would not pick up.  Several messages were left on his office recorder with NO returned calls from him.  I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. <br />

When the hinge part arrives i am confident the whole issuew will be resolved <br /> we will definitely use Gordon in the future for any appliacne repair issues.  <br /> great servece <br /> god price <br /> <br />

My commercial-grade fridge was not cold enough. Gordon was at my house within an hour of me calling him and he added freon and cleaned the coils. I didn't think I'd be able to get same-day service, and it was greatly appreciated! He also looked at my oven, which was not what I called him for but while he was here I remembered that it has not been preheating efficiently. He ordered a new part for that and even cleaned the contact points on my gas stove so that the burners will light better. I started out my day needing to find a repairman, and it is not even noon yet and my fridge has already been fixed! <br />     The price included $100 deposit for the oven part. I don't have anything to compare the price to-- as always I was hoping it wouldn't cost much--but it was totally reasonable.

This is the second time I used this technician who owns his own company.  Can't complain although I really think I might have spent a little more and bought a new refrigerator.  But who knows?  At least he gave me a written one year warranty.  He fixed my washer the first time out.  Very efficient.
