I have them every year. They are not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. I t is fair. I call them and leave a message. The last time I did it they came out that day. I went shopping and came home and they were up on the roof doing their job. I do have a small house. I think they are good. They put in new screens and stuff. They came out the very same day. That was amazing. Their price is fair. They come right out. They don't have to answer the phone I leave a message and they come right out. I've watched them put a new screen in the downspout. They pick up after themselves. They are wonderful. They are good.

They left the property as clean as they had found it! No debris, gutter scraps or nails to be found! (Very important for me) His quality of service is comparable to his pricing. EXCELLENT!

They did a good job. They're very thorough. I wasn't here when the estimate was done but the estimate was done  and then left in my mailbox and I contacted them again and agreed that they have to do the job. It was reasonable and they were quick, efficient and very thorough. So far, the gutters have been fine. I was happy with the result.

There on time, clean and did a good job.  The bid was very good however after all the work was completed (at that bid price) we were notified that the staff member who did the estimate under estimated by more than 50% what the job should have cost.   They did honor the price and complete the work so have no concern there however at the proposed increased price the value wouldn't have been nearly as high. <br />

The work itself was okay, but I thought the price of $500 for one hour of work by a crew of two men (one of whom did nothing but hold the ladder)  was a bit pricey.    Granted, the $500 was provided up front as the official price of the job so I can't complain that I didn't know what it would cost in advance. .   I was just surprised they accomplished the work so rapidly.     In future I would probably get more than one bid. <br />

Once they cleaned it out everything was good. We really like them but I can't remember if we actually got used them again.  We were suppose to go on a yearly call back and they didn't follow up on that part. My husband put us on a yearly automatic come back in a year and they never did. The price was fair.

Everything went very smoothly.  The call went to a VM but we promply got a quote.  I didn't even know they were coming by and the quote was on the door the next day.  I called to schedule the work and they came the following week.  The crew arrived on time and spent twice the amount of time working on the project than the previous provider we used.  At the end of the job, they pointed out some problem areas.  I asked if they would quote repairs (needed to redirect one downspout and add a larger opening).  They said yes but it I called two more times and they never returned to give me the quote on this work.  Maybe the job wasn't within the scope of service they can offer.  For basic cleaning, they did an excellent job. <br />

Just moved here to the Oakland hills. The house clearly has had drainage problems in some places in the past. Actually I'm still not sure what to expect, since the last residents were only renters and it hasn't really rained here except once since I've owned the house. Also, I have to spend a lot of money to retrofit the foundation. So i want to make sure that the water that runs off the roof  and away around the foundation and down the hill. <br /> It's been over a month now so I forget the guy's name but he clearly knew what he was doing. I watched him do some of his work and he explained a lot to me about his work and showed me how he fabricated the gutters on the spot, which was pretty cool. <br /> The work was done on time. The gutters look perfect in terms of how they fit onto the house. There are some funky spots and a lot of bends. I went up during the first rain to check out the flow and it looked good I'm a happy customer. <br /> <br /> <br />

The gutters on our raised house were brimming with leaves and badly needed to be cleaned. These guys could not have made things easier for us. They came by the house to give us a bid and didn't need us to be there.  They came out quickly to do the job and let us send a check when they were done. <br /> The first time it rained after they'd come by, we couldn't believe how much quieter it was. We'll bring them out every fall from now on. <br />

Gorilla Gutters gave fantastic service. We reached out to them by email on a Saturday, and we were pleasantly surprised to hear from them on a Sunday about the service we could expect. All expectations were spelled out to us, and every expectation they set was met. They were very proactive in keeping us in the loop on the steps they were taking to provide us service. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job on cleaning our gutters and resulting debris that fell on the ground. We were extraordinarily pleased with the service, never having to worry, second guess or manage the process. We highly recommend them. <br />

James was prompt in returning my inquiry about our gutters. He came out and took a look at the gutters and gave us an estimate. He actually gave us two estimates: one to clean and repair our gutters and another to replace them. We chose the former option. He promptly got a crew out to clean the gutters. When I called him ask about the repair work needed, he made it a point to come over immediately and he did the repairs. He was very personable and he seemed eager to satisfy us, which he did. He wanted to get the work done before the heavy rains came, which he did. The only thing that was slightly off putting was that we seemed to have some mis-communication about what we had originally thought he was going to do. It all came out at the price he had quoted. Overall, very pleased. Price was the highest I've ever paid, however, I wanted to be sure there were no clogs in the drains that would cause backups in the rainy season, and the fact that they ran water tests was instrumental in my decision.  Two individuals came out. They were here almost 2 hours and did a thorough cleaning and testing. They used several ladders around the 2-story house, which impressed me and for which I was grateful, because they did minimal walking on the tile roof. It positively reflected their expertise to properly respect the kind of roof we have. They used their own waterhose which was clearly long enough to access all around the entire house effectively. They removed all debris too. I?ve used many cleaners over the years and most will leave some kind of mess behind. They were quiet, efficient and pleasant and I would definitely use them again. <br />

I requested a quote for gutter cleaning via Angie's List, and expected to get a phone call or email.  Instead, when I got home that evening, I found a written estimate tucked behind the edge of my mailbox.  They had already come out to the house and taken a look at the job!  It's not exactly complicated - a one-story bungelow - and their minimum was much less than the other quote I had received, so I went with them.  They gave me a fairly broad window, since I couldn't do a first-thing-in-the-morning appointment, but called a half-hour before showing up so that I wasn't tied to the house waiting for them.  James and his crew were fast and efficient, and they tidied up after themselves.  I will definitely use them again in the future. <br />
