It was absolutely wonderful, they were even down to details that I didn't expect them to do. They changed out light bulbs in my laundry room that hadn't worked for years and I didn't ask them to do that. They put little stoppers on the back of the doors so it wouldn't bang into the door behind it, you know just little touches that I didn't expect and didn't ask for and they did it just because that's how they are, they were just very very good.

It was such a pleasure to have Mr. Gorman and his sons work on this project. I ended up selecting a more complicated tile pattern and he was very helpful in letting me know how much product to buy. Even though the job ended up taking longer because of the pattern, he was very pleasant and honoured his quote. I ended up giving him a little more because they had worked so late one day to get finished. They cleaned up every day and were very punctual. Very nice family and the kitchen looks amazing!!!

Kevin showed up promptly each time as promised. He communicated regularly through e-mail and text. They were very careful to cover carpet, flooring, and furniture to protect from dirt and dust. Incredible attention to detail throughout the entire process. You can't even tell where they cut holes and then patched the ceiling and walls. Somehow managed to match the paint exactly even though I had no idea of the color. And they were nice to my dog! <br />

I was surprised at how soon they were able to start the job. The first day kevin and I discussed what I wanted done which was <br /> just about everything...new vanity, granite, tub, toilet, tile both floor and around the tub. He made suggestions regarding the linen <br /> closet and I told him what I wanted regarding lights etc. He asked me to pick out the colors and vanity and granite and tile and they got started on that Monday with the demo. They came every morning thereafter and everyday I could not wait to get home from work <br /> to check the progress. At the end of two weeks I have a beautiful bathroom that I am so proud of. <br /> Kevin and his sons were really great to work with also. They were very careful to keep the mess contained to the bathroom. They <br /> cleaned up after themselves everyday. They are great guys and kept in touch with me almost every day. They even e-mailed me <br /> before and after pictures! I plan to ask them to come back when it's time to do my kitchen. We have learned to appreciate good work and professionalism because of Gorman remodeling. They have literally transformed our home from a hazardous embarrassment to a show place. I am very proud of the work they have done on our home and invite anyone to look at my pics on my Facebook page (Judith Perry-Rogers) of the nightmares before and the incredible polished and beautiful work after Mr. GORMAN came and began working with us to fix our home. It is a transformation that is incredible. Our home has increased in vAlue two to three times the cost of what we have spent. We were going to sell it, but I love what they've done so much I don't think I want to leave.

Mr. Gorman was initially hired through an Angie's list coupon to do a backsplash. Having been burned by unlicensed contractors who did terrible work and took us for over $7000, I researched heavily. I was afraid that Mr. GORMAN might not take the work bc so much was done incorrectly. I am happy to say that he has stayed with us, hung in there, worked very hard and is helping us turn our home into a show place. This is the second project completed.

<br /> I am extremely satisfied with the work that Gorman's remodeling did for me. They completely remodeled my bathroom floor and the tiling job they did looks wonderful. The owner Kevin Gorman provided me a firm estimate and did the job on time and on budget. Something that is becoming less common in the remodeling industry. I had originally indicated that we would use basic tiles. My wife decided to add a few designer tiles that added extra work for Kevin and his sons. They were meticulous in ensuring the design and pattern were perfect. It's clear that they take pride in their work. They should be proud to have the company named after them. They were very careful to cut the tiles outside so not to create unnecessary dust. They laid painter clothes and cardboard down on their path from the outside to the bathroom (which is upstairs) to ensure they did not leave any tracks while they worked. The tolerated our curious pets extremely well (thank you for that also), and they made sure they had us inspect everything along the way to be certain we were satisfied. And we were! I plan to do more work in the future as personal funds become available. Gorman's Remodeling will be called on again by me!

It was so great! The new tile looks beautiful and it fixed all the leaks I had previously. Kevin was very professional and helped educate me on everything that was going on. I am going to use him in the future when I redo my second bathroom. <br />

From the first project they undertook for us to the last, the Gormans have always been professional, reliable, trustworthy, and incredible craftsmen. They always clean up the project site at the end of each day and never left trash, tools or materials where the children could get to them. When they remodeled our kitchen, they cleaned it each afternoon before they left, so I could cook for our family. They even swept the floor and wiped down the cabinets - a huge plus for a mom of three children, all under the age of 4. I love our kitchen now- before the Gormans redid it, the kitchen was dark and mismatched. The cabinets were impossible to use and the pantry was too narrow to hold an reasonable amount of food. Now, after the remodel, our kitchen is bright, with beautiful tile and granite. The back cabinet was made by Kevin Gorman and is indeed a piece of art. The pantry was doubled in size and has pull out shelves. I love being in there whereas before I wanted to take a sledge hammer to it. <br /> <br /> The same is true of our living room and office. Gorman's remodeling brightened everything up with full panel windows - which they installed themselves along with recessed lighting and new paint. They took down walls and opened entry ways to make for a brighter and bigger feel They laid new hardwood flooring which they matched to our existing hardwood, removing carpet that had been christened too many times by the cats Again, they cleaned up every afternoon. I never had to worry about a child stepping on a nail or otherwise hurting themselves. <br /> <br /> They also redid the children's bathroom - taking up the hardwood floor and laying tile on the walls, floor and shower. They repainted, added a full panel window, and new vanity. Like with the kitchen, they had a great contact from which to order granite. They children love their new bathroom, as do I . <br /> <br /> Additionally, they pulled up and put on a new deck. They reinforced where necessary for the jacuzzi. They made the gates on the deck which are better than any manufactured that I have seen. <br /> <br /> Most recently, they came by to fix a window pane that I had broken. They came within a day or two of my call. Took care of the job, as they always do, and the window looks great. <br /> <br /> Overall, Gorman's Remodeling consists of talented, professional, reliable and trustworthy craftsmen. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They did a complete update on an outdated bathroom. This included a new 3 piece bathroom suite, tiling, painting and installation of built in storage. They were very professional and courteous. They were very punctual and clean. The cost was very reasonable. They even did a follow up after completion of the job.
