I hereby submit this review to withdraw my previous 5 star review on Premier Exteriors and Design ,which is to become CAPITOL BUSINESS AND DEVELOPMENT for the following reasons. I had my house sided in the fall of 2022 and the work was excellent. All issues that came up involving bad workmanship were resolved by bringing in another crew( all original work had to be removed). The resolution for bad work I agreed to was for the company to use my job for advertising and every time the company would get a job I would be given a monetary cut,when my job generated a job for them. This was never honored.

They want out of business without a word. I found out when I drove to their office in Sturbridge and found it empty. They charged me double payments in October and took another $29 on top of the double payments. I had to call my bank and stop the automatic payments. It was being paid thru Greensky. They were suppose to do my porch and bathroom.

I hired them is April to replace the Siding on my house. I was told that they are having issues getting my Siding from California. I have been paying on the loan since July. Now I tried to call them & I can't get through to anyone, I think that they blocked my calls. I will not do business with this company ever again!!!

They take your money up front for most of it and leave you hanging .lies lies lies. Was supposed to be installed in July here it is oct. No window

They came in, they were very happy to do the job but we never had any follow up after paying the deposit. Lack of communication.

Roofers were very productive and professional

Do not use this company. they do not care about your property at all.

Great company. Josh was very friendly and personable when he came out for the initial meeting. He was clear about all our options and made good recommendations. The company was upfront about time and cost. I highly recommend.
