Got You Covered

It was good.  They were very thorough.  They did the inspection and said the roof was in good shape and I didn't need any additional repairs.  The price was great.

The gutters are wonderful, good color match to my paint, my family didn't even notice I had added them. We've had enough rain for me to know that they are working great. The company was very nice and responsive to messages. Did a great job and clean-up, would recommend and use again. <br />

They arrived as scheduled and completed the work as scheduled. One downspout was in the wrong place and they came back 2 days later and fixed it.

They did a great job! In fact, I had some eves work several months later. I was so happy with their original work, I hired them again. They were professional, prompt and great to work with.

We had an absolute great experience with Mark and Got You Covered!  Honestly, I don't think it could have been better.The team was very professional and just all around great!  They even went out of their way to provide us free gutter covers.  We haven't completed the back of the house but I can ensure that we will use their services again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went really well. We had an ice storm the day we were scheduled, and it took a month for them to get back out. Thanksgiving was in the middle of that. I would use them again.

Everything went well. The big thing that I liked the most was that the guy stayed in touch with me. He would let me know what was going on at all times and they came out when they said that they were going to come. They finished the job and their pricing was good. I sure would use them again in the future.

They replaced our gutters including adding wood reinforcements to hang the gutters from. They were wonderful, efficient and the cost was reasonable.

Mark is a great guy to work with. I plan on using him for other repairs, etc. He was very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He went above and beyond what was expected. He pointed out several things that needed our attention not related to the gutters. <br />

Mark is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with.The entire experience was awesome. He called me to set up a time to consult, showed up and helped me figure out what was needed, scheduled a time a week later to install the gutters, and even stayed after so I could verify the work was done correctly. He's an honest guy and a really nice person, and the type of person you really want to use when you just want the peace of knowing a home improvement project will get done. <br /> I should also note that I used "The Big Deal" for this company. I've had some really bad stories with using deals like this before where the contractor tried to upsell or charge more to make up for it. Not Mark. He knew what I had bought and worked with me to get everything done within the constraints of that. I'm very happy. <br />

I am unable to complete this review because the work is not yet finished and we have not yet been billed.    The owner of the company is one of the nicest, finest people we have ever met.   But something happened in his family and we have not been able to reach him or have him return our calls.   I don't want to give him a negative review since the work which WAS completed was done beautifully!   We don't know just what to do now. <br />

The owner was very professional and his employees were also very polite and respectful. Only negative is one of the drains ends in the back alley about 2-3 inches on my neighbor's property. <br /> I immediately informed the owner, but it has been nearly 2 weeks and it has not been corrected. The owner assured me it would be fixed. My neighbor has not complained, yet, but I do not want to have issues with my neighbor, so it has to be moved fully onto my property. <br /> Water used to pool in two places in my backyard, and I believe it was causing foundation issues. I have a tiny backyard, so my dogs also disliked having to negotiate around 2 "lakes" every time it rained. It has rained a few times since the installation, and everything has worked as expected, with zero puddles. I am very happy, except for the one drain's endcap being on my neighbor's property. <br /> I think I got a good deal on the gutters, considering they were one of the big deal's here, but I may have over paid for the drains. I didn't check around because I was impressed with the owner and excited to have it all completed before the raining season.

These guys are awesome. We had some issues getting scheduled on both sides, but they worked with me and were very flexible and patient. Once the date was set, the team showed up promptly and took care of business in about a half-hour. Seldom do I get such customer-focused service. I would definitely call Got You Covered for any roof work in the future. <br />

Professional. Easy to work with. We were out of town but he came & repaired the damage with a friend who could let him in- then explained the problem & sent pics of damage via the phone. <br />

He and his partner arrived on time. They walked the roof and hammered loose nails, tightened fittings and sealed as required. They could not find any missing shingles the buyer's assessor had mentioned. They wrote a detailed account of their rework for me to present to the buyer along with a statement the roof appears to be good for another five years. They offered to represent me if/when the buyer's insurance adjuster does his roof inspection. The buyer was pleased with the information and no further action was taken by him. I could not have had a better experience at the reasonable cost from Got You Covered.

I call to set up an appointment and they were available the same day. They told me they would be there within the hour and sure enough they were there. Two gentlemen did go up to the roof. Check the entire roof and gutters for damages. They also cleaned out my gutters. After the inspection they told me that my roof and gutters was in good shape. They acted professional ,courteous  and were informative. Would recommend to anyone. <br />
