There were several large areas where the paint ran and dried and was very visible. I contacted the contractor to correct and he agreed. He came out once and started sanding down the paint job but didn't finish. I have not been able to reschedule to have him finish the job.

I cannot say enough about Stephanie and Derrick. I rarely write reviews unless I feel really strongly one way or the other. I have worked with Derrick on several projects and he is phenomenal… Customer-oriented, listens, and he gets the work completed with tight timelines. Consummate professional.....Absolutely recommend.

I purchased a home where the tub was refinished and was beginning to peel. I searched online and Stephanie was able to give me the quote and answer all of my questions. On the day of the appointment Derrick explained everything that he was going to be doing and time involved. My tub looks brand new. I intend to have more work done in the future.

On arrival Derrick the owner was very professional the refinisheing went smoothly and looked nice. The problem came 5 days later when the tub was used for the first time. The drain he replaced was not sealed water came through the first floor ceiling through the light fixtures pouring out like rain. I called no response. I then called a plumber and he removed and sealed the drain after discovering the leaks source. It was a nightmare. I have called Derrick 3 times since and texted with no response. Very disappointing!!!

He told me he sent you a text. We never received 3 calls you only call and left 1 message.. We provide services for Reglazing bathtubs. We don't do anything pertaining to leaks.. The drain is removed and put back on so we don't service any plumbing.. We are not certified plumbers. He outlined the entire process detail by detail in addition to numerous pics of past work. More importantly as the Owner would be performing the work. We're thrilled at the results! Derick did a great job for us. He was very good at explaining the process to us and there were no surprises. The finished project made us glad we hired them. They saved me cost of replacing my existing shower and tub at a very reasonable price. A very good experience!

It went excellent! He walked us through the process before he started, he gave us opportunities to ask questions and he let us check the work before he left, he was very punctual.
