"Very confused on this, the complaint date is actually the day we gave the estimate, and we felt we had great communication with this customer. The customer contracted and made a deposit on Mar 3,120 and then stated she would like to hold off on the job for a couple of months because of the Coronavirus to make sure the remaining funds were available. The customer then contacted us and asked if we could install by the end of May because she sold her home. Our crm keeps time stamps of all communication via text, email, and phone lines which are recorded, and we can not find any information to validate this review. The longest lap of time between communication was four hours in which the sales person responded and explained that because of being short-handed because of the virus to please understand that phone calls will always to be returned that day. The phone call was very pleasant and lasted for 42 minutes and the customer was happy with being put on the installation schedule. The customer than texted on Monday the 13th and had a return phone call in an hour, and she stated she would like to move up the date because she was nervous because a previous contractor had taken her money. Arrangements were made to readjust the installation to a sooner date and the phone conversation was 18 minutes long and again was very pleasant.
