"Good afternoon [Member Name Removed], Grace Home Services appreciates your honest feedback as it helps us to improve and see how things went in customer perspective. If possible at your nearest convenience please send a list of anything you felt was missed during the Service and we will personally come and complete said task. The last thing we would like if for you to feel is ripped off by our company. I’d like to note it was $115 for the service, I revived $138 including tip and will gladly return the money that was tipped if it was below a 5 star service.
