Terrible would describe our experience with Hanna. Hanna Grace "borrowed" our architectural plans to help with the project and never returned them. We paid her half and never received the master plans after 6 months of waiting. She was very flaky and never showed up on time. After a trying to a get our plans back and also asking for half of the money back she responded with an email apologizing yet did not send half our payment back and did not send our plans back. We had a couple meetings and paid 4000$ and received nothing in return. I agree with the previous review that Hanna tried to push her "landscape team" on us to do work we never asked for. We let her know at the beginning we had a landscape team of our own. We would NOT recommend Grace Designs and hope this review saves you time and money and the headache that would ensue from working with Hanna.

Amazing and then some! I was indecisive and had no idea what i wanted other than it had to be low maintenance. Hannah worked really **** ** the plan and made sure i liked all the plants, her suggestions were great and she figured out my style pretty quickly all while adding some seriously unique plants and details along the way.

She was a wonderful person, very communicative and I really like her it's just that I think I over payed her and I am not happy losing other plans for this project since I payed more than what we agreed on. She kept adding more expenses which became a problem. I hope that moving forward, she will have a better communication and be very thorough.

While the design work met expectations, we often arrived on site ready to manage only to find the labor crew selected without appropriate and adequate tools and equipments. While we strive to exceed expectations we must admit we no longer work alongside labor crews appointed by the homeowner due to the fact we simply cannot guarantee the competency, skill or swiftness of unverified laborers.
