They had been cleaning for us for several months since about November of 2013. It started off well and then things started to get forgotten like cleaning the tub and turning of the sprayer in the shower. I was willing to overlook most of the problems but then I referred them to a friend and they worked for friend and they never gave them an estimate and he told them it was going to be $375. I have never paid more than $200 and that was on the initial time. Then my friend tried to negotiate with him and say that was just to much without notifying them first. He just kept hanging up on her and wouldn't work it out. They felt afraid that they would retaliate so they ended up paying $300. We have decided that we will no longer be working with them. <br />

In the 20 years that we have lived in our home, using countless housecleaning/maid services Grace & Ricky's Housecleaning is superior by a wide margin. They have our complete and total recommendation! <br />

<p>They showed up an hour early and were supposed to clean everything except the rugs and floors, which were being replaced. They cleaned only the bathrooms (fine), and the rugs and floors. I told them over and over not to vacuum or mop. They looked at me blankly, and continued. My landlord charged me an extra $200 on move out for cleaning fees.</p> <p>Complete and total idiots.</p> <br />

Overall, I was very pleased with Ricky and his crew. The did an excellent job of deep cleaning our 2400 sq. ft. home. We have three full bathrooms/two with full showers. The shower doors had severe hard water stains and Ricky made these doors clear and shiny again. <br /> All of the rooms were cleaned well. No problems with the quality of the work. <br /> The price was fair given how much work was done. <br /> Glad that they could work on a Saturday. <br /> I'm picky about punctuality and gave a 'B' for that because they were late. However, Ricky did call beforehand to let me know they would be late. <br />

I've used them for the last 2 years. They are very good. They have a good price and they do a very good job. I had them do specific things but they can do all levels of cleaning and the most important thing is they don't break anything. For 2 hours of work, it comes to $120. It's very good. They are excellent. I think their price is okay. When I need to make corrections, they are very responsive to doing it. They come within the hour. They change their time each day depending on what they need to do. If they don't give me a heads up in the morning, I need to initiate it. It really requires some proactive work on my part to verify that they are going to come on a certain time. Their professionalism is very good. Just like all housekeepers like him they are not on the phone, they don't take liberties with the house and stuff like that so it's good.

I have been using this service for more than 9 months now, and they have been great! There are ony two adults and a large dog in my household, so there isn't a whole lot of mess. They are reliable and efficient; I feel very comfortable about them being in my home. I have heard bad things about other services from co-workers, but I have nothing but confidence in Grace and Ricky. <br />

They are great to work with, very professional and quick. They had to squeeze us into their schedule--they are busy so call early. Some details like minor smudges were missed, but overall very good job. I have used them twice and will definitely again. Very happy with RIcky and his crew members who are friendly and hard working. <br />

I was promised 3 workers however only Ricky showed up explaining that his workers canceled at the last minute. I think it makes a big diffrence when there are 3 people working instead of 1. It took him a long time to clean and he had return the next morning to complete the job. I am not sure if he brought the other 2 workers with him since I had to work that day. There was a 10% discount  through Angie's list but he did not want to give me the full discount. I paid him what we had agreed upon. $240 minus the 10%. The cleaning was okay but could have been better. <br />

Ricky & his helper were very efficient; worked quietly and cleaned thoroughly.  We love having them come in once a month (our current agreement).  I am sure that as our small company grows, we will have them come in more often. <br /> We have about 1300 sq. ft. of office & 2000 sq. ft. of shop area. <br /> When Ricky is done, the place is cleaner than when we moved in.  Nice. <br />

They are fabulous. Any problems we have they come back and take care of it pleasantly. They are really eager to make things turns out right. Responsiveness is A+! They will come out the day you call to fix any problems you may have.

I had a sewage problem in one bathroom that got everything <br /> to be dirty. Everyone I called gave me an expensive estimation or thought that <br /> that is a small job. Ricky came in and gave me ½ the price I got from another <br /> agency and he understood what I need quickly and did it perfectly. He is into <br /> deep cleaning. <br />

They are really good. I like their thoroughness of cleaning. The apartment people were totally satisfied with how the apartment looked like when we moved out. It saved me a lot of heartache. They were on time and cleaned within the time frame they told me.
