I have been a client of Grace's Home Decor and More for over 9 years. I first used Grace at my home when I was doing multiple renovations. she has helped me from drapes, furniture purchases and placement to paint colors. I was very impressed with her professionalism, promptness and eye for design that I had her help with our two Oral Surgery office renovations. Her prices are competitive and I have recommended her to multiple people who were all thrilled with her work. I would not hesitate to call upon her again.

Grace is wonderful in every way! Her professionalism and pleasant friendly approach with her clients is outstanding and very different from other decorators. Grace listened to our "plan" for our home and proceeded to work towards our decorating goals. <br /> Grace paid close attention to our budget and stayed within a comfortable range.She is prompt, responsive, talented, pleasant, friendly, easy to work with, and a truly dedicated professional. Grace contacted me quickly after purchase of the RealDeal and we set up an appointment for 10/6/14. During that first conversation we talked a bit about what I was interested in having her do, which was help me to pick paint colors for three adjacent first floor rooms. On 10/6/14, Grace appeared promptly and walked through the house giving advice on what we could do to open the rooms up. She also took pictures so she could take them back to her studio. On 10/17/14, Grace returned with paint chips of her recommended colors. I do feel that she listened to what we wanted and returned with suggestions that met or requirements. I had a few follow up questions that I submitted to her by email and she promptly responded to. <br />

The service went very well. I actually had her extend her time with us and paid an additional for that. I thought the additional fee was reasonable. I had her walk through the apartment to determine placement of furniture. We were very compatible with Grace and had similar ideas. She was very honest and objective in her comments. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

"Prior to meeting with Mr. [removed member name] , we had a conversation regarding his space so that I would have a sense of his needs before meeting with him in his home. Based on this phone conversation, he informed me that our discussion would revolve around his unfinished basement. I specifically asked Mr. [removed member name] if he had made any decisions in regards to creating a family room in this space. He let me know that he had ideas for the space but needed some professional guidance and confirmation of his ideas. Therefore, the meeting was based on this premise. The basement was completely unfinished and empty. I consulted with him for over an hour in regards to: flooring, walls, wall color, furniture placement, bulit-ins, lighting,and a wet bar. Needless to say, we covered a great deal of ground. As always, I was prepared to assist my customer in moving forward with some of the components that we discussed, such as flooring, furniture, and lighting. However, Mr. [removed member name] asssured me that bcause of other needed expenditures (replacing windows), work on the basement would take place gradually in the future. My entire visit with Mr. [removed member name] went smoothly and he agreed to all of the ideas and advice I offered him."

She came and looked at my foyer and great room, but she didn't give me any papers. She orally gave me a few suggestions. They were okay, but I was hoping for a drawing or notes.

Grace was knowledgable and professional. She was able to quickly take in the spaces I wanted to improve and make recommendations and offer solutions that have helped me focus on how to get organized and incorporate ideas. It was clear that she is an experienced home decorator. Grace proceeded in a friendly and efficient manner. All in all it was a very pleasant and useful experience.
