Basically, we agreed for the prices and the job consist of and brought employees could do the work. Didn't do the irrigation system and he got mad and he waited until I wasn't home and vandalized the irrigation system. There was a line by the shrub trees b evergreen tree we agree that they will put line but they didn't do it when I confronted the owner there's no line and there was remaining balance on the bill while line wasn't place.

Dave gave me a very good quote on removing pool & deck and putting in sod. Work was done in less time than I expected even tho it was more work than Dave initially thought.Daveâ  s work crew is the most polite, nicest.hard working that I have ever seen.I would definitely hire them for any job I might have.

Dave's crew came last July did a nice job on installing a fence in the backyard after having installed a wooden fence for a neighbor that lives across from my backyard.

We contracted Grade A Landscaping to have some landscaping work done in our backyard. There is a ditch in our backyard with a lot of long weeds which needed to be levelled up and the weeds also needed to be removed. However, Dave and his crew did not do the work per our expectation. They did not remove the weeds thoroughly and they did not even put enough dirt in that area so that it looks even, Seems like this guy did not even pay attention to us when we were explaining to him about what we need to be done. When we told Dave that his crew did not put enough dirt in the affected area and did not pull out the weeds thoroughly, Dave assured us that he will return in a day or two with more dirt to get the areas that they missed. However, he just disappeared and I called and texted him multiples but got no response from him. Seems like he ghosted on us and he charged us $2,000 for the job that they had done. Very unprofessional and inefficient! I was about to recommend this business to my friends and acquaintances but I definitely had a change of mind now.

Dave came out on a Sunday,did the bid,and completed the job the following day. I definitely got done a big labor project and will call on them again.

3 man crew arrived on time and delivered quality workmanship and materials. The job turned out to be a bit bigger than originally anticipated, but everything was done well and the cost was reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Grade A Landscape.

***Update*** I wrote a 5-star review immediately after the job was done. I would still rate them the same. However, after 3 months since the job was completed, I still await the few tweaks needed and the one missing brick. Several reminders and requests have been made. Oh, I almost forgot or I will be right over. Still no follow up. 06/23/22 Great job! professional and efficient!

Dave was prompt in coming and quoting our job. His guys were pleasant friendly and hard working. I was amazed at how quickly they finished the job in one day I loved what they did it was beautiful when they were finished. Highly recommend this company.

Great Company. Came out when they said and had the job done in one day

Sloppy work. Inexperienced workers. Cheapest mulch. The owner made them aware of flower bed sprinklers. Chopped right through flower bed sprinklers with hand ax when placing below ground drainage. Filled in with dirt and mulch acting like no damage was done. The owner had to hire a reliable sprinkler service provider to make to fix the multiple cuts in hosing from ax chopping.

He is disingenuous and doesnt have good intentions.

Dave came out the same day to give an estimate. He wanted to start the next day, but it rained the next 2 days. Originally thought it would be a one day job, but it took 2 because he wanted it done right. I am very satisfied with the job, it looks great! Thanks Dave, Chris, and crew....

I had trees removed that left my backyard unuseable. Dave came out same day for an estimate, told me what to expect, and the cost. He stayed true to his word. He had to work around some very wet weather but kept communicating the status. Always promptly returing my text messages when I had questions. He took good care of us and we got our yard back. A big thank you to you and your crew.
