"So we understand that your frustrated with a couple items that occurred, but to be clear we did not complete this repair because you canceled it. We also did not charge a single dollar because it wasn't completed. You would call and complain about your item taking too long to arrive because we provided tracking and the USPS was taking too long. I'm not sure what Grade A Plumbing could have done to help you with that situation but we do not run the post office. Now that being said your item was under your MANF warranty which is why you didn't need to pay for the parts. Your manf sent the wrong parts, which happens sometimes, and Grade A Plumbing STILL has no control over that. SO to be clear you called to complain multiple times that your Manf was taking too long to get you a part, and that once it shipped the Post office took too long, then you were made at Grade A for your manf mistake, AT NO POINT did you agree to just have the item replaced, because you would have had to pay for that. So we did all that work and came out to your home twice without charging you a single dollar."
"We do the entire job from start to finish. You do not get to pick and choose what we will do when it comes to the safety of our techs and the public. We remove the old waters and we take them with us and dispose of them properly. This was told to you in detail prior to scheduling the install of your water heater. We did not claim it was and ordinance we have always stated it is our company’s policy. There is no scam here. Your warranty plan with your third party did not pay for that portion of the job. Most plans that we come across do pay for that portion. That is something you would need to take up with the warranty company you purchased your plan from."
"No one flat out lied to anyone. You can not put wipes into a sewage ejector system. It will break the sewage pump. A simple google search will yield many many articles saying the same thing. You are trying to get someone else to pay for your pump that you broke. Unfortunately they wont do that. We tried to work with you and reason with you but obviously that wont work either. Best of Luck."
"Unfortunately some items are not covered under some warranty plans. We do not work for them directly and have no say over this. We call in everything we see that needs to be replaced. You don't need to worry about the expansion tank that needed to be replaced the warranty company understands fully why and when we replace them, they are perfectly fine with us doing it and you don't need to worry about what they are paying for. But you also didn't want to pay for anything that wasn't covered, which is why we didn't do your work. Your welcome to use any plumber you would like, just contact your warranty company and they will walk you through the steps. Best of luck."
"Sorry for the long wait on a non emergency call during a pandemic. That being said the fact that Kristin (not Crystal) was explaining to you that she couldn't get the information from her boss Adam at that exact moment because he was in the hospital dealing with his child being born, and even though "its not your problem" you would need to wait for her boss to give you call back about the confusion. You chose you wanted to escalate a situation with a dispatcher that couldn't answer your questions. You didn't want the builder grade faucet that your home warranty provided, and your allowed to choose a different faucet at your cost, all of which was explained to you by Ken originally."
"Thank you very much for using our services and if anything comes up in the future please don’t hesitate to call."
"This is a completely false review. Everything from the name ( which is not the customers) to the address (which is not the customers) is FALSE. This customer made up a story because we left several estimates that they didn't agree to. We did not work for this customer as they did not agree to have us do any. The "horrible" customer service is that we said we wouldn't work for free. The real issue here is this customer thought someone else was paying for their repairs and that didn't happen. SO now they are trying to use forums like Angie's List to get us to do the work for free. Unfortunately there are people like this in the world but we hope our customer can see through this."
"Thank you for the opportunity to service you!"
"Glad we were able to help!"
"We thank you for the opportunity to make you a long time customer!"
"Thanks for giving us a chance to fix your issue!"
