The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it.

<p>Tradesman did not take precautions to protect area adjacent to where he was working. Tile adhesive got on newly refinished hardwood floor in several places. Tiles were set without use of a level and were noticeably uneven. Cement board was not installed correctly; subfloor was not prepared and cement board was fastened with just a couple of screws. used a couple of screws). This caused board to shift and tiles to come loose a few days after work was completed. Since then I have had the floor taken up and replaced by T and J Tile. </p> . <br /> . <br />

Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again! <br />

Travis and Chris were a delightful team, arriving on time, staying with the job, and completing work as promised.  Even though I was at work during most of the job, Travis communicated routinely on email regarding status of the job. Also, Travis and Chris were careful not to recoat the deck during two days when rain threatened, and it did rain. I was surprised on how much sanding and prep work was accomplished before they applied the stain, but every home handyman knows 60-80 percent of the time associated with any repair or maintenance is in the preparation.  Three coats of stain were applied and work was completed on a Saturday, as Travis wanted to take advantage of good weather before the threat of rain came back into the forecast.  In addition deck re-coating, Travis repaired several spots on the underneath patio at minimal cost.  The price of the job was extremely fair - 50% paid before the work started and the balance after completion.  We would not hesitate to call on Graham Restoration for future work. <br />

Everything was outstanding--price, communication, punctuality, work quality, professionalism, cleanup, his personality, etc. Travis Graham was always on site and did much of the work himself. He had previously planted trees for us and fixed attic retractable stairs. He was always cheerful and enthusiastic despite performing grueling labor in hot humid weather. <br />

Travis and Chris were great.  On time, professional, and quality work.  <br /> They did a variety of jobs that all required getting on a ladder.  It was a very hot/humid day and they did the work with a smile.  They installed an attic fan, some lights, and cleaned my gutters.  Although Travis is very experienced, he was not ?above? cleaning leaves out of a gutter.  I have already referred them to others.  He has fair pricing and excellent communication skills.  Thanks! <br />

Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola.  <br /> First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new. <br /> Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new. <br /> Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great. <br /> I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act! <br /> <br />

Travis was great.  I am selling my house and he came over and knew exactly what needed done to make it appeal to buyers.  No job was too small.  He did everything from changing a lightbulb (those strange bulbs with the weird connections) to spreading mulch.  In between he painted stairs, painted woodwork, fixed a cabinet door, repaired a screen, power washed the house and walkways, painted the mailbox, etc. etc. <br /> <br /> I will not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others. <br /> <br /> Ann McCoy

<p>We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt. </p> <p>As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block. </p> <p>Honest contractors that perform quality work are hard to find.  I highly recommend using Graham Restoration for your next project.</p> <br />

We couldn't have done it without Travis and his assistant.  They worked tirelessly day after day for over two months and were always in a positive, can do mood.  Travis addressed all of our restoration needs, no matter how big or small. <br />

Travis was extremely pleasant to work with, always kept in touch to work out timing for the operation,which turned out to be tricky because of this summer frequent downpours. <br /> The removal phase was easy at first, then became very teious in some area. He persisted. <br /> .After a week or more of dry weather, we had a downpour of 3/4 inch of rain on the eve of the scheduled first day for the application of the finish. I was very nervous about the timing, but he assured me it would be okay, guarateed his work for one year and did start by the sunniest area. The next day, he was 3 hours  late because of a personal emergency but did contact me to let me know. He then proceeded to finish the job (by brushing it when his sprater quit). <br /> Knowing and having Travis on the premises was a very good experience. He really tried to satisfy his customer, going as far as helping solve unrelated issues. <br /> I would definitely call on him again. <br />

Punctual, creative with problem situations, gives various options to choose from and price ranges. Explains each option in detail. Once the job starts they areclean and professional while working in and around yur home. They made sure all debris was cleaned up and anything that I had questions on or had a problem with within reason was taken care of. Their Customer Service is Old Fashioned in the way they are one on one and take care of you as an individual.  They are not a PO Box company, They have a physical address and totally stand behind the work they do! This is very refreshing in this day and age! <br />
