Garet was very responsive, immediately answered my call, and was out the following morning to assist with our dryer vent. We required fast service since the dryer would not function due to a clogged vent. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and efficient. We plan on having him out annually to assure the vent remains cleared. I would highly recommend GR Air Duct Cleaning.
