From the moment we called for an estimate, Keith, Joey, and Gretchen were always informative, thorough, professional, and willing to answer any and all questions! We had an issue in November that they came to look at, but we knew we were at the point of needing a new roof in the next year or so as well. They put together an estimate that was very detailed and we signed a contract. Of course, winter hit next! Gretchen kept in touch throughout the few months and we appreciated that so much. As the weather has just really cleared where we're getting a couple days here and there that are dry and a bit warmer, they arrived and completed the roof and the other repair. The entire crew was very professional. They continuously cleaned up materials from the removal of the old roof, tarp type curtains were hung to protect the sides of our house, and I saw the nail sweeper come out several times too. When they left, you wouldn't have known all that work had been done. Our yard was left in immaculate condition. Keith and/or Joey were always on site working as well. The entire roof was pretty straight forward so it only took one day, with a couple hours of shoring up the repair the next day. When we met for making the final payment, Keith and Joey were truly interested to know if we were happy with the job that was done and if we had any questions. I highly recommend Grand Homes Construction, you can't go wrong with them!
