Grand Projects by Cody

I don’t like putting bad stuff down on people but this one I am. They started and appeared very nice to start. After they started the true work ethic came out. To start they jumped from room to room never completing any room. They didn’t use any thing to keep from getting paint on floors or other items. They threw there trash outside and didn’t clean up at all. When cleaning up brushes got paint everywhere outside. They used stuff without asking and got paint on stuff and said they would replace it and didn’t. They started the job and stated it would only take a couple of days on day 8 they never showed back up. They were the lowest bid but in hindsight I wish I would have went the other person.

Contractor clearly was out of his element with attempting to install new filtration tank systems to existing plumbing; net result was leaks galore when first testing filter systems. Mr Cody agreed job was not correct and promised to come the next day with more help to correct the faulty plumbing fixtures installed. He asked for his money up front though, assuring me he was an honest man and would complete the job the next day as promised. I believed him that he wanted to complete the job right and he said his word was important to him. A day went by, then another one, no responses to texts or phone calls. I never heard from him again and he left a mess in my garage and 1/2 finished tank installs, all of which I had to complete myself with buying the right materials and doing labor my self. Sorry to say this person is not only unqualified but dishonest as well.

He came on time and said he fixed the leak in the roof. Then, when it rained and there was still a leak, he came back and still a leak. Called his office and cell and recording said message box was full on both. Finally the office called and said he would be here at 9 the next morning. Cody never showed. Called office back and they said he would be here Monday at 9 am. I was home and he never showed. Called the office and they told me he came and went up on house. I was home the entire time and did not see nor hear him. It has since rained again and I still have the leak in the roof and have called the office 2 more times and they have not called me back. I paid him the first time he went up on the roof and he immediately cashed the check. Now he has my money and I still have the leak and I cannot get him to come back and work on the roof. I would not recommend Grand Projects by Cody.

I was concerned about my gas dryer connections. He was able to check it and assure me that everything was fine. He did tighten the connection a bit and when they turned on my gas there was no leaks so I am thrilled.

cody was very nice and professional he also was very prompt work very timely

On time, cleaned up after the work, and he is a very reliable young man. He did an awesome job and I recommend him highly and my HOA uses him now as well for work!
