I could not be more pleased and happy with the service that this company povided. They were professional and deliver a great product. We will be remodeling our bathrooms next and this is the company that we will have complete that work. If you hire them you will be very pleased with their work. <br />

Never emailed a paid in full invoice receipt as requested and promised. <br /> Spoke to the owner on the work site about receiving a invoice and sent him a number of texts messages. <br /> Never received a response. <br />

How did it go?  Absolutely perfectly.  Krassimir was always professional and pleasant. It may seem silly to mention this in a review, but I was beyond pleased to see Krassimir measure the countertop areas more than twice.  It's what a professional, a craftsman does.    Also he understood immediately why we wanted to keep our existing backsplash and assured us that was no problem.  The backsplash and new countertops look as though they were installed at the same time.  We are all smiles about the look.  He recommended some color choices which were spot on.   Within a week of slab selection, the countertops were ready for installation. That was a happy surprise for us.  On the day of installation,  Krassimir and his crew quickly, and as NEATLY as possible, removed the old countertops and installed the new countertops.  Everyone involved in our project performed like a true craftsman.  We have nothing but praise for this company and HIGHLY recommend it. <br />

The owner of Granite & Marble Creations, Krassi (Krassimir Elenski) and his crew were outstanding in all aspects of the job. Krassi met my wife and I and helped us pick out the granite. He told my wife and I exactly when he would start the demolition, when he would be in certain areas of the house, when he would start bringing in the granite and when the job would be completed. Everything was exactly on time. In addition, Krassi the owner was there everyday overseeing the work and working right long with his crew. There wasn't a detail that was overlooked. Krassi and his crew went out of their way to keep the rest of the house from being covered in dust by covering doorways, etc. wherever the crew was working. Our granite floors were covered to keep from being damaged and through out the house, the floors were covered wherever the crew had to walk. The granite counters were installed perfectly throughout the house, expertly fitting after being fabricated in Krassi's shop. I don't believe you could meet a more professional or nicer person than Krassi. It was a real pleasure to have him at our house during the demolition and install. There wasn't a request or question by my wife or I that Krassi didn't take care of or answer with a smile. After the job was complete, I could not find fault with anything and Krassi went way out of his way to help us when we changed out several of our sinks saving us the cost of a plumber.  <br /> My wife and I would highly recommend Krassi and his Granite & Marble Creations. We always felt like Krassi was very honest, knowlegeable and reasonable, and we selected he and his company after interviewing and getting seven other estimates. Although his estimate was not the lowest, he seemed more knowledgeable about certain aspects of the job than the other granite/marble counter top companies that we spoke with and where some of the other companies said that they could not do certain requests, Krassi did them without any problem. Krassi has our highest recommendation. <br />

I can't say enough good things about Krassi and his company. He came to my home to give me a bid and was extremely professional and SO nice!  He measured and re-measured and re-measured!!  He helped me negotiate a fair price with Marble Express to  fit my budget.  Because of a delay with my cabinet maker, he actually did my job in 2 stages without any complaint.  Krassi was on the job at all times, and his helpers were very professional and really knew their job.  My countertops look beautiful.  Because the granite slabs I picked were so large, there was enough left over that he used it to put a new counter top in my guest bath, at a very minimal charge.  He is a very kind man, very easy to work with, and eager to please his customer.  Highly recommended!!!!  Due to some family problems I am a bit late in putting up this review, and I do apologize to him for that. <br />

The job went flawlessly. Krassi and his crew were punctual, courteous and respectful. They went out of their way to protect our house from dust and debris during the installation process. Our new kitchen counter is absolutely stunning! Krassi is a consummate professional who is honest, ethical and works at the highest level; he is a true artist. If you need granite or marble installed at your home, Krassi is the man for the job. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.

Krassi worked with me to find the perfect stone to tie in with my cabinets, appliances and floors, and helped me create a design that gave me the modern kitchen I wanted.

Our master bathroom needed full remodeling.This company had several options on how to do it and their prices were really reasonable compared to other companies. They showed up on the date job was to start and was completed on day we agreed upon, which is a big plus and were very professional. We went  on getting granite installed in bathroom showers and counters and everything looks beautiful, can't wait to start on kitchen project.
