Everything installed looked good, used panel sheets for shower walls. The only issues we had was the shower could have been wider from entry glass door to back wall but we were not given an option to make that request. Also the walls where the Jacuzzi was torn out were not repaired smoothly but was rough and had a ridge in the middle.

It went good. I had a problem see they had to come back and do it second time because of the problem of the first time and I suspect it might have been cause of their work cause I have replaced the counter itself.

.Every thing went exceptionally well. Every one was extremely nice. How ever i was RIPPED OFF because i have the make of Quartz instead of Granite. The word QUARTZ was never mentioned . FYI my faucet wasnt leaking before the cabinets and back splash was installed. My dish washer was not working after they installed every thing. But the provider did come back and fix my dishwasher. If Angies List cant resolve this issues. I plan to go to the BBB with my complaint

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], As we have discussed several times, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding of granite vs. Quartz. Quartz is considered a superior material since it is more durable and requires no special maintenance. Your backsplash is tumbled stone with black marble accents, thus the different look between your countertop and your backsplash accents. Without knowledge of this review, I came out to clean your countertops and attempted to touch up your seam. The seam was not satisfactory to me so we have since completely replaced this section at no cost to you. I certainly hope we have lived up to our commitments and backed up our product. When I called the office to ask about the product and schedule an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very cordial and businesslike. She scheduled the appointment and answered the questions I had at that time. We later received a call to confirm our appointment, and the Sales Consultant called to let us know he was on his way to our home. He arrived promptly at the agreed time. After showing him our kitchen and explaining what we wanted done, he shared information about the products, showed us samples, and explained the steps and time frame for completing the work. A few days after the appointment, we received a call from the office informing us of the installation date. We also received a detailed letter explaining the process and giving instruction on what we needed to do. Someone came to measure the area for the template. A few days later the countertops were installed. The next day the tile backsplashes and plumbing were done. This completed the process. The installers were punctual and very pleasant. They did quality work and left the area clean upon completion. This project really enhanced our kitchen. Granite Transformations did an excellent job! We were especially pleased with the quality of the products, their professionalism and communication with the customer, the well-structured plan of action, and the quickness and thoroughness in completing the project. We had a wonderful experience with Granite Transformations and will use them again on other projects we may have in the future.

These guys are GREAT! I would highly recommend them. I had a big job and they completed the work on time and exactly as planned. There were no surprises and I felt like I got a great deal. They did such an amazing job that I feel like I have a whole new home. They were always on time, courteous, reliable, trust worthy, and they added a great deal of value to my home. I could go on and on about how wonderful this company is and I am a very picky customer!
