This is a family run business and they run it very well. We are first time Florida home buyers and Tami Grant explained everything, including the 4-point inspection report required by insurers. She answered all my questions and was able to schedule the inspection within 3 business days. I was not able to be there in person, so I asked if I could send a representative to the inspection and Tami said yes. John Grant was the inspector and explained everything to my representative (my good friend). The inspection was thorough, and we had the reports (Home, Pest, and 4-point) the next day. The reports contained plenty of pictures and comments on the items found. Safety items are flagged in red for easy review. Very professional reports, very knowledgeable and professional inspector. My representative was impressed and said she would hire Grant Inspection Services too. I couldn't be happier with their service.

John was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to expedite and return testing results within 2 days. He went the extra mile and did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to confirm suspected microbial activity in their house due to a possible roof leak or pipe break. He came highly recommended by ServPro.
